This was the second time I stayed at this facility while working here in Henderson. The facility is very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the thermostat was easy to control and set nice and cool in the room during the hot months of July and August. Due to my work schedule, I didn't get to use the pool as often as I would have liked to, but the few times I did use it, it was refreshing. The staff here is awesome. I was here for 2 weeks for work both times I stayed here, and while I didn't need housekeeping every day, whenever I did need something shampoo, toiletries, coffee, cups, etc., the staff was right on top of taking care of me. I'm not sure when I'll be back, but I hope the next time I stay here is just as great as these previous two times. Thanks again.
I spoke with Ashley operation manager, let me just say she was absolutely amazing. Amazing is an understatement. She treats guests like there friends. I felt appriciated when I talked to her. Definitely recommend coming here if your staying in town. Nice rooms great staff all around amazing time.Rooms: 5/5
We went down for breakfast & it was awful. We had to clean our own table to sit because all the empty tables needed cleaning & they only had 1 person serving & she was slow & unorganized. None of the tables was wiped down. I just flipped the place matt over. Even the folks beside us placed the dirty items on the table at the window with ours. I never did get my water. Even when it was time for us to leave see had to go up & ask for the ticket & she then had to write it the order on one of the she just had left from meanwhile we still waiting. My husband asked her do we pay her or what she said we could & that she would have to take the ticket up the front desk or we could. I just felt it was best for us so she could continue serving & ordering because people was still there waiting to place their order. We did tip her in the effort that she needs help & no one else was pleased when they left. Now, the hotel sales rep did come around asking if everyone needed anything but what was it for them to say. Yes she was friendly & inviting for the stay of the hotel. But the dining area was a joke even with the old guy cooking by himself. One guy got up & went to the front & got his own coffee. When she did come back with coffee refill it was horrible, it tasted like it had burnt. Out of all the Hilton Hotels this one was the worst of serving breakfast. Next time I will walk & go elsewhere. I should've took photos but was surprised Noteworthy details: We went down for breakfast & it was awful. Had a very pleasant time. Most of the staff were friendly and the amenities were very nice as well as the lobby. Ordered breakfast and although a bit pricey, I am pleased. Photo for context.Rooms: 5/5
Overall it was a good stay, despite some small hiccups. Most of the staff was willing to work with us to problem solve. There was, however, little flexibility for one of my business travel issues. Breakfast was charged to my room and the front desk would not allow me to move it to my personal card. If I'd been aware of this, I wouldn't have eaten at the hotel, or would have insisted the waitress bring me a regular check.
Overall a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and CLEAN. Employee at front desk was helpful and nice. Pool appeared clean and is heated, open until 10pm. Only ossue i had was when in the room bathroom, i could hear everything in the neighboring room and what they were watching on tv. The pipes made loud npise when turning off the water. But the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hotel was well managed. Food options and shopping were vast and all within 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel Would recommend this hotel Rooms: Clean, spacious
Worst hotel experience ever! The AC at our house went out to where it was over 100 degrees. We booked the hotel around 1030 pm when we checked they said the pool was going to be closed so we wouldn't be able to use it, which was fine. What they forgot to say is they were going to be jack hammering next to our window at 730am! My two toddlers were woke up, I was woken up and when I called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do and they were sorry I wasn't informed correctly and would refund me 20 dollars for the inconvenience!
This facility stopped all amenities that Hilton Garden Inn is known for. No buffet style breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no self serve coffee or tea after morning hours. ALL other Hilton Garden Inns back to normal. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want the Hilton Garden Inn service you're used to. After responding to a request asking "Tell us about your stay" - the asst general manager, Amber Gwinners response completely disregarded these issues. Instead, a canned patronizing response absent of any explanation of these exact issues is what I got. I emailed back asking again to explain why these amenities are absent, she has not responded. Disappointing as a long time Diamond member. This is not the norm for Hilton properties. A fish rots at the head. Management is the issue at this location. I won't be back.
Only problem i had was neighbors were loud early in the a.m. could hear everything. When turning on the water in the tub it hummed very loudly and it was very hard to turn on the shower. Room was very clean and comfortable easy check in.
Watch out for this hotel's deceptive practices. I am a diamond member and they flat out refused me a complimentary food and beverage service. They charged me $15 for breakfast and a $6 tip. Disgusting. Watch out for these nasty charges when you check out.
