Hilton Garden Inn New York/Manhattan-Midtown East

This place was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as we were coping with the death of a parent. Everyone we encountered were compassionate, caring and empathetic. Our rooms and the entire hotel were clean and modern all at an affordable price. Many thanks to the staff of Hilton Garden!

Check my aboricualifeinusa! At Youtube.Nice hotel. Abit small for my taste but nonetheless Good. Check in was a breeze. Check out was fast also. Customer service was courteous and nice. I got the breakfast option. You scan a qr code in your phone and order it.

Comfortable and unassuming. Was a blast of a time inside. Rooms can use some updates and upgrades. I would definitely spend time there again!!!

Overall for the price in NYC it's not bad at all. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but you also won't see any rats running around or any major housekeeping issues. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful, and are a major reason that we have stayed there more than once. Only other suggestion is do door dash instead of room service.

We stayed here for a couple of months while my wife recovered from surgery performed at Sloan Kettering. The staff was amazingly attentive and empathetic while we were going through such a difficult time. We’ll definitely be staying here again for follow up appointments.
