It was the worst phone experience. I don't even want to remember it. A man who speaks Japanese. It is unclear whether it is the teacher or the receptionist. I called to ask for an estimate for the first consultation, but was told it was not possible. First of all, it's a sudden mouth. When I was asked about the type of insurance, I answered that I had never heard of such insurance. Next, I'm asked for my insurance number, and since I haven't received my card yet, I don't know, so I'd like to know which number it is. If I tell them, won't they understand? It's basic. Dano. It was an unbelievable attitude anyway. I have never encountered such poor telephone service in Japan, here, or in New York. And why does it have to be said in a way that is insulting? There was no sense of caring for the patient, and he did not even tell them the estimated amount of treatment. I have a hard time understanding why he's working. Other dentists give me some treatment options and estimates in the same phone call. Of course, I felt uncomfortable and unbearable, so I ended the call. This man has an arrogant attitude. I don't want to have anything to do with it again.
