Historic Fort Snelling

It has a great view of the rivers. The interpretive presentations are fun for little ones. It was hot on the day we went and there is not much shade. Overall a fun day with the family.

History is remarkable! Plenty of parking-trees provide good shade for the automobile. Well explained drill demonstration and staff were eager to provide answers and information.

Great memorial day weekend event, highly recommended. Veterans admitted free of charge. Ny dad had a blast chatting up all the other vets and reenactors.

Great place to visit and learn some history. I have been there 2 times now and learn something new each time.

I'd have given it five stars several years ago but they have changed so much recently they ruined it. This is my favorite place in the Twin Cities. They give a good presentation and it has set the bar really high for others across the country.
