Called the number. No answer. Went to the branch office on 5 Dec. They had no record of my order although the doctor’s office sent it in on 18 Nov. Called the doctors office from the branch office. They refaxed the order, both through the system and manually. Tried calling on 6 Dec. put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally spoke with someone and they said they would connect me to my branch office. Unfortunately all it did was place me in the same hold system, with the same messages and music. BTW the message for the hospital week thank you ended in May. It has now been over 30 minutes. I would not recommend doing business with them. They seem too big for their staffing level. Finally spoke with someone and they still didn’t have the order. Gave me a different fax number. Avoid.
This place is so horrible. If possibly get your items some where else besides HME. There is no consistency. They don't return calls. They refuse to help you as the customer find a solution to a problem you may run into. My son has been on the same supplies for the last 7 yrs and I have to call every month to get his supplies ordered and at least 3 or 4 times a yr I get that one person who screws the order up or is rude. I think things would run better if I had 1 contact person there every month and ot a new one everytime I call. Oh and hold times went from maybe 5 minutes before pandemic to hr and 15 minutes at times.
Do not go here. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS This place is so poorly run, particularly the billing Dept. They do not know how to bill, they do not know how to work with large insurance companies that all other providers know. They send random bills that are not consistent with the charges, do not apply your payment to the services you pay for, cannot be reached for assistance. They do not contact you if they have problems with your billing, they just send you a bill for $1250 8 months later for what shield be a $60 copay. They also bill you for dead people's wheelchairs until you file a fraud complaint. Not once, but three times. Call the Insurance Commision to complain and they can either get it straight or go out of business.
There is always a long wait on phone to place your order, one time 2 1/2 hours. Don't press 1 that you'll get a call back and not lose your place in line, as it will unlikely happen. Several times they just didn't deliver the oxygen. The people taking oxygen orders are always pleasant.
I'm giving a review for the excellent customer service Frankie provided over the phone when I ordered supplies. He's the friendliest person I have spoken to over the phone. When I commented on his friendliness he said that he likes helping people.
Have been waiting for delivery of a wheelchair for my Mom for 3 weeks now. I have tried calling them been on hold for over an hour. Finally they say they will look into it and call me while guess what it's been days.
This was truly the worst experience. The man who helped me was so smug and rude and talked down to me as if I couldn’t operate simple machinery. It sucks that I have to give them any of my money. If I had other options, I would go literally anywhere else.
HME as a whole is a complete joke. Some of the staff are very reliable and know their job as to getting supplies ordered but in general a complete joke! I called since 7am ti get a replacement CHARGER for my sons feeding pump. No answer not even the emergency line. 8am spoke with Zoe, stated she would email her supervisor. Supervisor Rubie called I explained the issue. Stated her supervisor would call me and she sent an email. Hour and HOUR later Joe called me. Stated I can go pick up the charger. Got a call from Lorenzo and stated he would be bringing me his charger. Showed up at my home. No feeding charger. Only a dead pump. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! HME as a whole needs to change!!! I know I’m not the only parent with this issues! It’s a TRAINING problem and no one can get their job right
I had one of the best experiences I've had with HME this afternoon. Harry was amazing. He taught me everything I needed to know on my new equipment as well as instructing me with the correct way to do things, that had either been shown to improperly or not at all. A perfect 5.
I work for this company and it’s so trash I wish this company could treat there employees Better. When they give u a raise it’s only 0.25 to 0.75 cent raise then they make up all their owe rules they also make u work overtime and if u don’t you’ll be fire or written up. This company make so much money And they are willing to expand and open more locations but they aren’t willing to take care of there employees or pay them probably this company can raise all the prices on their equipment but won’t even bother to take care of there employees. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE
