Hoa Simple

I am on the HOA board of a condo building that hired HOA Simple a few months ago after dealing with 3 other management companies in 7 years. HOA Simple has been very responsive to our needs and proactive in bringing potential problems to the board. Craig Supplee the HOA Simple owner and Kevin Lym our building manager are very professional and helpful to us. We are a smaller building and we appreciate that HOA Simple works closely with us to make sure our systems and equipment serve us and all the building residents.

I just sold a raintree property initially purchased in 2010, I wrote the following to our HOA representative: In parting, I have to say I believe you and HOA simple have done a great job. The grounds and unit conditions are better today than when I bought the Condo in 2010, I’m very appreciative of all you do. I'll should add , HOA simple has always been very responsive to any questions I have had since they took over management.

This is a terrible organization of busybodies and unreasonably rude and intrusive individuals. They make a series of arbitrary rules through an opaque process only available to the unemployed and independently wealthy, it appears and then hold whoever they are targeting to these rules regardless of common sense. Emily Terry in particular is very challenging to deal with and is unreasonable. Please avoid living here if you can help it, these people do nothing for our community and line their own pockets with arbitrary fees and fines. Shameful.

This management is anything but simple. I have dealt with them several time in the 4 years I’ve lived at Raintree and they are consistently rude, discourteous and unhelpful. E Terry, who I don’t even know by name as they’ve never introduced themselves is especially unpleasant to work with. They rarely are responsive to questions timely and when they are they come across as rude and angry at having to interact with an association member. For some reason all of the communications from HOA simple are extraordinarily aggressive and threatening, even a simple notice will threaten legal action against residents. For the extraordinary fees I pay more than $300 a month you would think a little courtesy and service excellence wouldn’t be too much to ask.

We had several time consuming property management companies in my 10+ years as a board member. I have worked with at least 4 other property management companies and several different managers. Once we hired HOA Simple it took about a year and everything was consolidated and the amount of time board members had to spend on various issues dramatically decreased while the building's appearance and maintenance improved significantly. Very impressed with Emily Bresina and the management of our building for the past 4+ years.

Terrible HOA management company. They currently manage my condo HOA and are a waste of money. Pay more and use someone else or if you are buying a condo managed by this company run away or prepare to have issues that are never resolved.

Craig Supplee is the owner at HOA simple. When I first met Craig, he seemed like he was there to help. However, as time went on, his e-mails became flippant and condescending. Last year, our building went through some heavy weather damage, and when it was reported to Craig, he kept insisting that the water was inside the building because someone must have left their window or door open. After a lot more proof, and subsequently more damage to the building, Craig had the situation investigated. But to this date, has yet to find out whether or not the roofing company they hired has made the repairs which were under warranty. From when I first met him until now, he seems burnt out, and no longer engaged enough with this business to provide quality service.

Pick a different HOA management company if you want a service that is polite and responsive. They don't care about their clients

I think Craig has forgotten that he works for the HOA not the other way around.
