Hobby Bench

Very disappointed. I believe in supporting local businesses. But when they treat you poorly and act like you are just wasting their time. I will not be going back. I have been a customer of theirs since the 90's and have never been treated like this. In a time where everything can be ordered online. Customer service should be first priority. Sorry to say you have lost a customer.

Best hobby store in the central Phoenix area.... great selection of supplies in many different categories: RC, plastic models, trains and more. Friendly help from knowledgeable employees.

Balsa stock low. Had RC Glow fuel but no four stroke. Moderate supply for the times I guess. I think the 43 and W. Bell Rd location has more stuff as far as a RC airplanes.

Came here a week or two ago while on a trip to Arizona. Service was great, everyone was very friendly. Didn't quite get the name of the guy that I was helped by but he made my visit very enjoyable. Will visit again if I'm back in the area.

This is my favorite hobby store in phoenix! Not a whole lot of real hobby shops in Tucson, but it is definitely worth the drive! They have everything, I came to buy a model car they have a great model car selection and some other model supplies. If you are coming for a model kit or an rc car, this is the place to go to! Very helpful service, good prices, nice people and a great selection. I recommend hobby bench to anyone who is into hobbies or wanting to get into hobbies. I will definitely come here again!

I love this store! When I was a kid the Hobby bench was one of my favorite stores. My dad took me to this location and I'm glad to see that after all these years they still have not changed. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they always have a well stocked inventory and great selection of products.

Great shop. Huge selection of plastic models. We do a bit of everything in our house. So it was great to see a variety of Hobby's represented. And it appeared to be good pricing. I will say something odd. And mind you it's minor. When we first got there the store was cool and comfortable. But closer to 5pm and someone turned a burner on. It felt like hell near the front of the store. Minor Really. Maybe dress lightly near closing time.

Very helpful staff who take the time to work with each customer and address their individual needs. All the staff are happy to help, especially the beginner hobbyist who just got into RC. They offer a veteran discount of 10% on all items not already discounted. They also have a very large selection of products in stock.
