EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS! The rare combination of great customer service and quality workmanship. Been using and referring Hodges for years for double pane window repairs on my investment properties. This time, it was 8 very large arched top Pella's with awning casements below 13 total that had failed in my own home. From the polite customer service when scheduling over the phone Tim and Jacque, to the crew that included John the owner who did the complete job in a single day, I couldn't be happier with them. We are so grateful for having found Hodges Window & Glass repairs. We reached out on Christmas Eve on a Saturday when our dog broke our window thinking we would hear back on the Monday after at the earliest. To our pleasant surprise, Lance contacted us shortly after our message the same day for measurements on the window and to provide detailed instructions on how to properly board up the broken window. A couple days later he came out and made the repair perfectly and for a very reasonable price. We are so impressed with the speed and quality of their services especially in the middle of the holiday season. We will continue to use Hodges Window & Glass as well as refer them to all of our friends.

What can't I make this a 10 star review? Hodges helped me today when I was in a major bind in a Real Estate transaction and understood how to handle it with care and ease. Quick response and great customer service. A window tech with another company mentioned my 1 window sash could not be repaired but needed to be replaced and would take 6-8 weeks to get in. Lance & John heard this story and they figured out the damaged sash could be repaired and that is exactly what happened. They repaired it same day and this saved me almost $2k!! I will forever be grateful and a satisfied customer. :

I love Hodges window and glass / referred by a window wholesaler I needed a small piece for some old window or replace the WHOLE window ! I went in and Hodges had it . I have now done 2 repairs with them .One a cracked pane the other gas seals broken inside the window making them "smoky" they got me in and out same day .Even with a huge order coming right before me . They do in home repairs ,but to save me "coins" they told me how easy and much cheaper it would be for me to bring in window .They directed to YouTube and gave me the confidence to try and succeed at removing and transporting to shop. Lastly, I would be remiss not to mention AS SOON as I left the shop and leaned the windows against my truck - they fell. Not one broken !!! They rushed out to give me assistance. Great shop , great value and great staff . I could not be more pleased .

Hodges did a exceptional job replacing the mirror in an old, very large, decorative hanging mirror with a rounded edge. Tim was most helpful and the mirror looks beautiful again
