Hokkaido Ramen

I love this place, such a warm and cozy vibe every single time!! the staff is always so kind and fast-paced. the young girl, woman, and the man are so hardworking, i genuinely wish them the best. the coconut bubble tea is my absolute favorite of all time, nothing can ever top it. the entrees were nice, hot, filling, and great for the price. love this place!

I loved my food, it was a hot day by who can pass up a good bowl of Ramen. And the deep fried Oyster is a must have. This place is located in the plaza next to Eli's on the post road in Milford. I will return

Exceptional food and great service. The food was so great and with great portion size on the Chicken Katsu. I still had some to go with me. 4th time visiting this place. Ideally I only visit a place twice at most, but Hokkaido Ramen is going on my special list to recommend to others. See you soon

These guys are good... Great food.. and I love my corner table... Sake and food great combination... I've been here 5-6 times and the recognize you well. Great spot for quick lunch

Omg love it here. This is my 5th visit. Yes 5th visit. Loved when I wasn’t a vegan and now I still love it as a vegan!! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Since I am vegan now I was so happy to find out how accommodating they are. Appetizer Edamame - Delicious but a bit salty but still great Entrée Japchae - Omg the best. Normally with beef the server was so friendly and accommodating to my choices. I asked for no meat and they accommodated. They added extra veggies also since I didn’t want meat. It is on the sweet side of savory. Since I’m a savory gale I asked for a soy sauce and they gave me a vegan type soy sauce that was so good on the dish. Made it a sweet and salty kind of meal. When I wasn’t a vegan they have the best options like their Takoyaki, chicken katsy, beef Bulgogi, and spicy miso ramen was my go to!!

This place is a little secret in Orange. I can't figure out why people aren't raving about it I hear so many remarks about this noodle shop or that noodle shop and find that the food is less than mediocre. Not here!! Hokkaido is far above all others! The food is full of wonderful, deep flavors. Seeing the food freshly prepared in their open kitchen just proves the high quality they serve. I have visited several times and haven't had a thing on the menu I didn't like. You've tried the rest now try the best in the Orange / Milford area.

We were seated quickly with great hospitality. The Boa was delicious! And the soup combinations are versatile. It's too bad they did not have a chicken broth base like at a K-Pot, but still very good when you get a bite of all the ingredients together! We got pork boa and gyuniku beef ramen.

Disregard all of my previous reviews for Ramen restaurants. This right here is the best PERIOD. Broth and Baos are full of flavor. The wings were crispy and delicious. 5 Stars. This is place is a True GEM.

Absolutely amazing! So delicious! My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times now and it’s now my favorite restaurant! Haven’t had a single dish I haven’t liked! My favorite is the vegetarian ramen!

We have enjoyed takeout here several times. It’s always consistent, hot and delicious. Shrimp tempura is crispy even after driving home they poke holes in the container to keep it crispy. This time we enjoyed bulgogi udon and japchae. Ramen is also yummy! Will continue to patron, sometime for dining in.
