As soon as I got off the plane, I went straight to this restaurant and oh my stars was it delicious! It’s been a minute since I’ve had authentic Mexican food and my very first time trying goat meat. I am a huge fan! Loved the vibe of this place - they had music playing and the staff was super polite- I loved it. Also, the tres leches cheesecake is out of this world!
Tried this place for the first time today; it was absolutely delicious! We got the birria de chivo, the goat was so flavorful and tender. The salsa was also quite delicious. Service was excellent, and we can't wait to go back!
This deeply rooted Phoenix restaurant has spectacular goat birria with flavorful hand made tortillas. One of my top Phoenix restaurants.
It's hard to find a traditional Mexican restaurant that also has vegan options, and they nailed it! The vegan tamale was the best I've ever had. Reasonable prices and delightful decor... they even had live music when we were here on a Thursday afternoon. Worth a stop! Vegetarian options: Vegan options available!
We went right after they opened Tuesday morning. The older man who owns the restaurant welcomed us in Spanish. My fiancee ordered for us but the waitress spoke English. We got two birria de chivo quesadillas and their Cafe de Olla. We were pleasantly warmed by the sweet and spicy coffee. The food was delicious and the salsa is very spicy. Vegetarian options: They have vegan birria made from jackfruit.

First time here, food was amazing! They speak English here. Goat is the popular item. Had goat soup and 2 goat queso dias. I'll be back!Food: 5/5
If you want goat or menudo ? This is the place to go. I found it on a whim and let me tell you. It was Great. Their menudo is just the way I make it with the Pata in it. The Goat meat comes in different sections sizes by weight or by plate. Super tender and the offer consome to either dip or sip.
Food was great and service was outstanding.. best lamb mutton stew in Phoenix.. Best Mexican restaurants in Phoenix are in these not so know places.. to me anyways.. Keep Up The Great Service
I come to this place all the way from Gilbert because the Birria from this place is the Bomb!! Worth the wait for a table every time. We always get a pound of Birria with Consome. Cafe de la Olla is also a personal favorite.
