Holiday Inn Sioux Falls-City Centre

I did a lot of research before booking this hotel. We were visiting Sioux Falls for the first time with our two kids 10 & 12 and our small 2 year old dog. This hotel has a great location! Right downtown walkable to everything. It’s a bit tired and is in dire need of a redo, that being said the service and cleanliness makes up for that. It has a cute pool area and is very dog friendly. I really enjoyed this hotel, with an interior refresh it will be 5 stars! Great service and one of the cleanings hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Great cleaning staff!!!!

Great location to be within walking distance of everything downtown. Room was a lot smaller than anticipated especially the bathroom, but they were clean! I did not require housekeeping during my 3 day stay. I just caught them in the hallway with garbage to dispose of and they were all very nice. Spent the majority of one day of the stay in the room and there wasn't many choices for TV channels.

Staff are attentive and courteous. The rooms come with a modern coffee maker, clean microwave, and refrigerator. The room appeared to be clean. Air conditioning provided properly functioning cold and heat. There is a 24 hour access snack market in the lobby and snack, drinks, and ice vending available on your floor. Here's a tip: the snacks in the vending machine are dollars less than what's sold in the lobby market.

Very nice hotel in the middle of downtown. I had to stay there for work a d the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Has a nice workout area, hot tub, and pool. Also the restaurant made some pretty good food. I would definitely stay there again if I had to go back to Sioux Falls.

My family and I have been participating in the Sioux Falls Burger Battles, and wanted to try out the Holiday Inn's burger which is still a favorite! While I, personally cannot speak for the stay - I will say my Brother who lives out of town always chooses to stay here when visiting! While dining, one of THE best servers -Briana S made us feel very comfortable when it was very busy - anD they allowed older teens to eat there too. She was so friendly that one of my Sons actually picked up a job application from there! Briana has the best personality and the staff that night was on.point!! Well done - will definitely be back! I can’t say enough great things about the Holiday Inn City Centre. My husband and I had our wedding there this past weekend. All of my family had to travel in from out of state and the hotel was able to accommodate everyone with no problem! Most were able to do early check in since a lot of them arrived a little before check in time even though they were fully booked the night before. The rooms were beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was very spacious and accommodating for us to all visit together in common areas the night before. As for the events staff; if I could rate them with more than 5 stars I would!! Patty was so sweet and amazing to help us plan the wedding of our dreams. She had prompt communication and was willing to find ways to accommodate all of our requests. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! The day of staff that set up our ballroom and decorations beyond exceeded my expectations. The starlite ballroom is so beautiful and the team got every detail in place as if I had done it myself. All of the servers, bartenders, and event staff that worked our event made sure everything ran smoothly and were so professional. Unfortunately, I do not know the bartenders name but she blew our guests out of the water! We had so many people that talked about how great she was and how good her drinks were. I rented a king suite for the night before and night of so I had a place for my bridal party and myself to get ready. I had no idea how big the room was going to be. We had 3 make up artists and hairstylists, a bridal party of 7, and many family and friends in and out all day. It never once felt cramped! Thank you so much Holiday Inn City Centre for making our wedding weekend absolutely perfect!
