Holiday On Wheels

These guys are awesome. We found our new TT at the big guys and their prices were insane. Not to mention they were trying to add on a new WDH for $1000. Wife googled the model and found it at Hitch for a lot. And I mean a lot less. After a quick call to verify the price was legit it was a done deal!! The staff at Hitch was great though the entire process, of dealing with an out of state purchase. If you’re thinking of buying, drive a bit, you won’t be disappointed!

We drove 13 hours one way to buy from them. We made an offer on the RV we wanted and Matthew made it happen. No pressure, no gimmicks, and nothing out of the blue once we arrived. It’s hard to say no when everything is exactly how you wanted it. They had everything ready when we arrived and they got us on the road back home quickly. They even got us lunch for the trip!! I hate they are so far away but they will be our first stop when we decide to upgrade in the future. I suggest anyone give them a shot and trust us, it’s worth the drive!

Hitch RV is an excellent dealer. From the initial contact via email with Sean through the PDI with Mark and the crew they are the most professional dealer I have purchased from. Sean answered all our questions quickly and ensured we were comfortable with our decision. Tim did a great job securing appropriate financing rates and terms and the paperwork was all accurate with no surprises. Hart, Will, Emily, and Mark all were very professional and worked the needed scheduling for demo and hitch install promptly. They are a small but mighty dealer and if you are in the market this is where you need to come. Thanks to the entire staff for a professional transaction. Excellent customer service and quality campers. Sean was very knowledgeable and saved us time by showing us our particular price range and type. Although I am still shopping around, it was definitely worth taking a look although we may need to drop further in price point for my son's first camper.

Was looking for an dealership and came across this place in Columbia SC Hitch RV. From the very start I felt at ease and Owen did a great job showing us and of course Copper our Dachshund campers and we talked about what we wanted. Then we meet Tim also and we all talked like we had known each other for years. They helped us get out of a very bad decision we made at another dealership. Day of bringing ours in for the trade and meeting Emily and Alonzo who handled the part of showing and explaining how things work on our new Sierra 5th wheel by Forest River. Then Owen helped us move our belongings to our new home and put our cameras off the old one to the new one. Also Tom,Emily and Alonzo helped when they could. I would recommend anyone in the market for an RV to bypass the other dealers and come in where they truly treat you like family!

I can't say enough great things about our experience at this Hitch RV retailer. We initially came to the lot in March and we were very impressed with the variety on their lot and also the "no pressure" atmosphere. This is our second trailer, so we had a pretty good idea what we wanted. We quickly zeroed in on a Freedom Liberty by Coachmen. Our only hang-up was we wanted the other fridge option that is available for the model. Patrick and his team were excellent - they spoke with the distributor and special ordered us a brand new unit with the refrigerator we wanted. We know this took some work and we are so very grateful! We were able to officially purchase our new trailer last week and that process was excellent as well. They gave us a very good price for our trade-in and we were given a very thorough walk-though of our new trailer. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the area looking for a trailer.

Great experience from the amazing sales team! Sean was amazing. We decided on a big beautiful travel trailer and the whole team made it such a great experience. We placed a deposit on a camper with full disclosure to Owen that we were leaving for a 3 week, cross country trip and that while we were gone, we obviously couldn't sell ours, or buy theirs until we got back. While on our trip we were asked several times when we would be completing the purchase. We were told "upper management " was pressuring him to close the deal. We also noticed they had listed "our" camper for sale on their website, same VIN etc. They should never have taken our deposit if they wouldn't hold true to their word. I see this as dishonest and makes me uneasy doing business with anyone that doesn't hold up to their word. Just be aware. It would take a lot for me to trust them again. Plus we found one for a few thousand cheaper a few hours away that were dealing with now.

The whole crew at Hitch was awesome! Sean, Tim and Alonzo were super friendly and we got a great deal, couldn’t be happier!
