LOVE shopping here!! Jenn is always working her tooshy off, but never fails to say "Hello". She is confident, professional, yet so friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in fashion. While reading the other reviews about how bad the customer service was I completely agree with them. My 2 bad experiences were when I was picking up an order, they had me wait over 15 minutes because they were trying to find my order when really it was behind the register this whole time, the worker didn't know what she was doing and asking other co workers for help and did not at least say sorry for the wait. My second experience is how they are so rude to you when returning an order. They make mean faces and really do not really wish to help you so they tell you to wait, and get the next customer until one of the managers can come. I wish they had a return line or register open for returns. Again they made me wait a long time for such a simple return. They do not even greet you or say have a nice day. I liked the old Hollister where everyone was friendly, not at this mall nobody seems to care or like their job. Their just their to get paid and try to ignore you if you have questions. Unproffesional.

Was told by Chris and Crystal I cannot exchange an item without a receipt and I would receive $4 for a $49 sweater. It’s Christmas time. Who really keeps their receipts? I tried to exchange my sweater for the same exact one but a different size and they told me I needed to return the sweater for $4 then repurchase it. Sounds like a scam to me. Called corporate to explain what happened and see what my options were and got hung up on. Customer service lacks here. Never shopping with Hollister or Abercrombie again.

Worst experience I've had while shopping! The girl in the closing shift 01/22/19 completely ignored our request! We just asked her to open one of the doors to the dressing rooms to try some clothes on and she asked for a second. We sat there patiently waiting and she just kept calmingly walking by just doing her thing while my girlfriend and I just sat there waiting like idiots. Finally we just decided to leave the clothes on the chair and leave because she didn't even excuse herself for the wait. Or open any of the doors to try on the clothes! She just completely ignored us and I'm just so appalled that anybody can hire someone like her. Maybe it was because we're a lesbian couple! Horrible service from that girl!

Worst customer service in the world. The whole store is full of disrespectful kids. I shop frequently at different locations and this is the worst in LV. While shopping the short Asian lady who identified her self as the lead called security on me accusing me of stealing. Me unaware was at the register checking out when they arrived. Instead of apologizing for her mistake the lady continued to further criminalize me and ask that i be removed from the store! Security sat with me and went over the steps of filing a complaint to the mall. I will be posting this review on yelp and all of Hollisters social media! Very racist store i will NEVER return.

Online shopping is horrible don’t ever think to get an outfit for your birthday online shopping, ups sucks, not only that what’s the whole point Of pick up in store when I could of gotten it at home, it’s been over 7 business days and still have not got anything back. Birthday passed and all great.

This store is way expensive, they had a sale on flannels and I got but when I got to the Register the clerk said it was for the other shirts not the flannel so I left without my flannel, I like the store only go when they have a really good sale.

Awesome Store Kinda Pricey my teen age daughter loves getting clothes there. They have good Sales there. I'll be back for sure.
