Hollygreen Apartments

I lived here since February 2013, and recently had to move. The staff has always been helpful and excellent to deal with, my neighbors super friendly and on the quiet side, which is never a complaint. Notices were given out a week in advance, and scheduling things with the office has never been a problem. Maintenance problems were handled quickly. My dishwasher had become unsecured from the counter and started leaning out. I put the work order request in that morning, by the end of the day I had no problem. My water heater broke at 0200. Called the emergency number, by 0400 I had a new water heater installed, and carpet guys were setting up blowers to dry the water under the carpet. I lived on the first floor, and flooding was never an issue, though it looked like it sometimes, because the ground had been saturated. When it came to winter, and snow accumulated, snow shovels were available under the stairs in the office, but it's on a first come first serve basis. Fortunately, there's a Lowe's across the street, so there's that.

Amazing place. Lived here from March 2013 to May 2017. Had to moved because is military orders. The staff is expectional. Any issues they are on it right away. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and this is for old and new residents. The ground are always kept clean, the pool is never crowed. The gym is small but nice equipments and they all work well. There is a park around the corner. It is close to everything the mall, groceries, libraries, the oceanfront.
