My Insurance gave Hollywood Collison a very hard time and Hollywood didn't give up on me. I'm so pleased with my vehicle. Whomever scratched my vehicle, I thank you because my vehicle looks brand new. I usually find something wrong with something, but this time I couldn't find anything thing but happiness. I came in the shop very upset and Hollywood took note of that and offered me help without any strings attached. I really appreciate the owner and employee's!! By the way it wasn't expensive. My 19 year old got into an accident I took a chance and used this shop instead of my usual “guy”. Mostly because of the excellent customer service . Vanessa’s daughter was very respectful ,responsive and extremely friendly. Vanessa made sure my daughter got a rental and went above and beyond to make sure her car was repaired correctly! These ladies are efficient! I am forever grateful for them. they are highly respected appreciated and recommended. First off, I just want to start off by stating that I absolutely LOVE that this is a female owned body shop! Second, I enjoyed working with Vanessa and how professional and considerate she was while my car was in her care. My car took about roughly almost two weeks to complete, I am in love by the work Hollywood Collison did. They did an AMAZING job with the paint and body work. While in the shop Vanessa made sure to keep me updated on estimated times and what was being done/completed to my car. The repair was quick and smooth didn’t have any issues whatsoever and got my car back in no time!
