Great Experience. Duris was my salesman and went over many different choices with me and helped me decide what I wanted, very impressive young man. He did not try to intimidate me to buy something that I didn’t need, which is hard to come across now. When the door came in, one of the other salesman, Johnny, called me and set up a date. Duris and David came out and installed the garage door system and I was very pleased with the end result. They did a great job from the original call to final install, and I will definitely reccomend to anyone in need of a garage door. Thanks!
I can’t say enough about their great service on my French Quarter broken garage door today. A broke spring really freaks you out... and the door is inoperable. Parts would take days and repairs we’re booked... but Allen and the two servicemen, John and Clinton, called, came out fast and made a temporary repair that got the door working until new parts could be installed. Truly amazing and conscientious help. Highly highly recommended.
Giving 1 star but actually deserves 0 stars. Terrible customer service and follow-through from start to finish. After about 6 months maybe longer of unproductive back and forth, the plumber finally arrives to say the unit we bought to replace our indoor fireplace won't work. This is after another tech came out, said it would, and recommended we purchase the unit. The unit came in and it took repeated calls to get them to get their installation plumber out to then tell me it won't work. I certainly hope they're better at garage doors, if not, they should close up shop and do something else.
Incredible place, people, and service! I backed into my garage door last weekend and knocked the door off track. I called a different repair company and they sent someone out 5 days later. Their tech said it would be $1700 and there was nothing more they could do & that I needed a new door. I called Hollywood for a second opinion. They sent someone out less than 24 hours after I called them. The service man fixed my door so I could use it temporarily. All in all I did have to replace my door but Hollywood was so much more client-friendly. Their price was so much more reasonable. $859 to remove and replace my door! Definitely will recommend them to anyone who ever needs garage doors to be fixed! They were able to schedule me for the new door installation within the week!
Amazing company. My operator stopped working and I knew it was too old to be repaired, because it did not have the photo sensors that stops door, so I called ACE door and it was too much, and I just wanted a basic cheap one under $450 but theirs was way over that. I called Hollywood, they offered it way cheaper and faster. They came out and replaced it and works beautiful now. Thanks Hollywood! Will recommend to friends and always use in future!
If you need an overhead door repaired, call Hollywood. Prompt attention, excellent and compassionate service. None of those excessive charges by the minute and credit card info required to schedule an appointment. Thanks Cathy for assuring.me that a tech would secure.my door for the night. Aaron my technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. What appeared to be a disaster about to crash, was handled with skill and competence. I expected him to close and secure the door for the night and return the next day, but he was able to do a total repair. I highly recommend him for your service needs. OUTSTANDING JOB!!
Great service. My garage door spring broke so door was stuck closed. I called and they came out the same day and replaced them. Technician was very courteous and professional. Glad to have my door back in operation.

Most times they don't answer the phone so you have to go there. Then you can't get an appointment for weeks.
Great experience , I just needed a 16' brace or U bar for a residential garage door. Called and talked to sales associate and he was able to get it on a truck the next day as a truck would be in the area. Left a check outside for the technician, he placed it in the back yard. Easy and accommodating. Will definatly call on them again. Thank you!
