I went to Ruby for an acrylic fill she did such an amazing job I left loving my nails I was so satisfied with how my nails came out ! She did exactly what I asked for design and all! I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I asked, I haven’t found a nail tech that has been this good to me and also did the nails I wanted I will definitely be going back to ruby she is officially my permanent nail tech! Ruby is so friendly and seems to know what she's doing. Too bad she was not the one doing my nail. The other lady who did my nail could've done a better job in making the pattern I wanted she struggled for a few minutes. It's been almost 2 weeks with no chipping, strong as heck! I think the hardest part for me about nail salons is the vibe and the people. But I felt welcomed here and there was a warmth inside this nail salon. The women working here are kind, gentle, and considerate. Things felt laid back here, chill, and had good vibrations. I enjoyed my visit here today and the conversation. Do Not Go Here. Horrible customer service. They speak in their language the whole time about clients.They could care less about the customer's happiness, especially if you don't like your nails. I spent $80 here and when I said I didn't like it and would like my nails removed and at least half of my money refunded, they told me I could go somewhere else to get my nails done.

Okay I got a manicure yesterday 08/28 The lady I had was very kind and asked did I like it after every step. The customer service was good I didn’t have any problems with my lady. I got all white coffin nails which was $65 with a design on two Fingers that had 5 rhinestones each and my total came to $75. I think they coulda did a better paint job I’m pretty sure I’m gonna go have to go get a fill next week‍Other then that it was a good first experience with them

Called and got an appt within the hour. Xuanhien removed my acrylics and gave me a beautiful gel manicure. She really took her time with my cuticles and nail painting, and didn't rush through the service at all. Their prices are really reasonable. They also accept Venmo/Cashapp/ApplePay which is convenient. The ladies that work here are super sweet + I will definitely be returning with friends :

I took 2 of our daughters here to get our nails and toes done before Christmas. One of our girls lives in Minnesota, while our other daughter was with us from Illinois. I asked Ruby if she could give me a gnome for the holidays, she looked at the picture, and nailed it!Services: Nail art
