I don’t have a mailbox here and I always wear a mask as is the smart thing to go during a pandemic - so I’m not sure what the big to do is with other negative reviews but I come about once a week to drop off pre-paid packages or purchase shipping or other supplies related to my creative business and I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve been grateful for their attention to detail during the pandemic and safety measures, I think the prices for products are good, their selection of random shipping or office supplies is superb they always have what I need and the customer service has always been good. I honestly cannot say anything bad about this store. There’s nothing bad to say. I’m so grateful it’s within walking distance of my home. AND I love their puppy mascot Abby or Abbie ? She’s so cute!
This is by far the best mail & more I have ever used. I've used many mail & more businesses over the years and I've never been as impressed as I have been with Sally and and her employees. I was so impressed that I decided to open a permanent mail box at this location. I tend to travel a lot and it is so helpful that wherever in the world I may go Sally can send me my mail. In the end though it's not the place that makes me want to go back it's the people and Sally and her family of employees are that kind of people. Just the best. Go here you will not be disappointed.
Worst customer service most expensive mailbox provider I’m just stuck because a lot of my mail already comes here. I’m handicapped with a service animal I’m wearing a prescribed mouth shield not a face shield and she denied me entry. Three masks and a shield and curled up in a corner afraid of the Covid. And this vengeful, spiteful old lady ended up retaliating by closing my mailbox and not telling me. Said some credit card slip was not signed but the authorization to charge the card was definitely signed. They held the mail and not didn’t return it or let me know that they had it.
I’m surprised to write a review on notary/livescan services but Sally and her team were an absolute delight! Sally was very helpful and thorough in explaining the process to me. The whole staff was very friendly. The shop was clean and had a lovely assortment of holiday and mailing supplies. I was in and out pretty quickly. Thank you for making this process a breeze!
Update after the respond below from the owner: I never complained about how much it was. The pricing is not as clear as it should be. Shaming me because I clearly couldn’t see the small sign is just rude. Went to use their printing service today and was very disappointed by the super small added at the way bottom of the printing pricing sign that says something like “$1 printing fee”. It was a label maker sticker that the girl behind the counter had to walk over and point out because it’s that hard to see. I’m fine with paying for a service but it should be clearly stated on the top with the fees to print per page “$1 printing fee plus an additional 25 cents per b&w or $1 for color pages”.
Sally and the staff at Mail & More are phenomenal! They are always kind, understanding, helpful, and thorough. Any of your mail needs or even passport renewal can happen here. 10/10 would recommend visiting here!!
This place and the wonderful lady that assisted me, are awesome and know what they are doing. Recently, I sold a heavy and delicate antique record player, to an out of state buyer. Price was no issue to ship, as it needed to get done. The record player arrived intact and the buyer was happy. Worth every penny. As long as I continue to live in Hollywood, I will make this place my number one choice for my mailing and shipping needs, over my local UPS/FedEx location. Thank you for your help!
Worst mail center in the area. The owner is snide and condescending, which encourages her other employees to be the same. They also have surcharges for every single thing on top of of the original price of items and services. Do NOT GO here! Go to Hollywood mail store. I left this mail and more place 3 years ago and have been so happy at Hollywood mail store ever since!
+ DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR PARCEL DROP OFF + The manager is patronizing, rude and ill-informed. She refused to accept my parcels for collection by USPS. The parcels were correctly wrapped and pre-paid. She said that USPS will not accept the parcels if their main parcel container is full. I have seen their main parcel container piled up overflowing into smaller boxes on several occasions. She told me to walk to Wilcox USPS and drop them off there. Wilcox is nearly a mile away. It's nearly 90F. ...nope. I asked a USPS driver about this, and he said they ALWAYS collect from her, no-matter how full their container is. I recommend dropping off shipping somewhere else...and buy your shipping supplies elsewhere.
Always so friendly and helpful! Coming here to return package from USPS and UPS is so convenient! And in case you need it, it’s easy to park. Will always come here!
