Hollywood Spa And Nails

This is the worst nail salon I have ever stepped foot in. They are extremely rude. Very dirty inside the salon. The owners of workers will never show you a smile! I went inside to ask for a mask and I stepped out out to wear it and one lady worker starts talking in her language saying “ why would you give her a mask without charging her" so he asked me for $2 after I came back with my mask on. I told him I do not have $2 with me I only cards he said give it back then and crumbled it in a ball and threw it on the floor with anger. I was very disgusting that there is still people like this. Also having the nerve to act like this while your place is trash is horrible!! I do not recommend anyone here!!Services: Manicure

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. They have terrible customer service & whoever gets a manicure PLEASE BE CAREFUL. The guy cleaned the cuticle cleaner with alcohol and I proceeded to ask if it was used and he said YES. I asked him not to use it on my hands because I don’t want any germs or infections. At the end he still wanted to charge me 35$ when it’s actually 25$ if you don’t get your cuticles cleaned. He argued with me saying me having my hands in the water bowl is 35$ even without cleaning my cuticles. I asked for the manager as he was screaming in my face & the manager was embarrassed as to how his employee admitted to it being used. I handed him 25$ because lord knows he was too rude for a tip. As I walked out they were all yelling and he told me not come back. Luckily I don’t live in Michigan so that won’t be an issue! This place is really dirty & you should be careful of infections, etc.Service: Manicure

I went for a fill in. He did not remove the clear polish before he started and only filled the red, not the black. He did not even put the clear coat of acrylic on the ombre like he suppose to. He said he was done and wanted to put clear polish. I asked if he could fix the black tip bc it has red on it.. And He kicked me out looking like this.

My wife goes in there to get her nails done just to get disrespected called names and asked not to speak in Arabic while Being on the phone… she was discriminated against very badly a lot of name calling and disrespect telling her to go back to where she came from! she came back to the car crying never in my life was I so angry half the customers sitting down finished up and left because of how she was being treated. all this happen because they didn’t think the nail color would look nice and they said she was wasting thier time….mind you she’s a big tipper and pays thier overpriced changing prices even when they make mistakes she has been going there over a year so do her friends family and co-workers also brought in a big group of girls on our wedding 3 months ago the owner tony denied everything after I called him moments after my wife walked out then he hung up on me and stoped answering my calls. I’m definitely doing a civil law suit. SAVE YOUR SELF DONT GET DISRESPECTED OR RIPPED OFF DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Service: Acrylic nails

Very on organized no manager that cares for the order of arrival. And never explain only 1 person does acrylic.. easy solution tell people I would have did help or dip or anything else! So on professional I will never wait 1 hour to be skipped several times

She tried but ... the shape is off the the shellac is bumpy, not happy and I paid $50

My husband and I came here on a Saturday at 2p. If we would have chosen to go somewhere else, it would have taken all day to be seen. We weren’t even here for 30 minutes before we both were able to be serviced. I received a mani and a pedi. The guy who served me was detailed and gave great service. I love this diamond in the rough.

Tony is pretty good. I’ve been there a few times in the past but was worked on by other employees who did not do a good job with my manicure or pedicure. Today, Tony did my nails and he did well. If I go back, I’ll only ask for Tony.
