I have purchased many cars over the past 60 years and this was by far the best experience. Sarah was interested in my needs and wishes and found the perfect car for me. Steve carefully explained several payment options and we found the one that best fit for me. Pricing on the car and the value of my trade-in were fair and honest with no haggling. Everyone I met a Holt treated me like a friend and neighbor. I recommend Holt Motors as the best place to buy a vehicle.

My last auto purchase was 8 years ago, it was not a pleasant experience. I decided to start vehicle shopping for a Ford Edge, upon internet search, I found several models at Holt Motors, I called and spoke to Kevin Nelson about a few of the models they had in stock, and I decided to drive out to see them. No hassle test drive, they just let us take the car. Pretty soon I was asking about a trade and made the deal. I had no intention of making a purchase, but they showed me local pricing, so I had full disclosure of all comparing models in the area. They were forthcoming on how they come up with a $ for my trade. They are not doing their job if they don't ask about extended warranty, but I had no pressure to buy. Kevin was very personable and friendly and did a good job of explaining and setting up my new vehicle to my liking. I would highly recommend both Holt Motors and Kevin Nelson.

Bought a great truck at Holt motors. Friendly open and nice sales person. Always come back for the small things. Not because of them but due to its my baby and mostly cost of the big things labor cost. get my hands dirty....it washes off !

Sarah lied about my vehicle safety inspection being done before my purchase. A few days after my purchase, I brought it to a local shop and found out brakes are shot, all rotted brake lines, and axel seals shot, as well as standing water underneath carpet with mold and mildew. They did admit they just “pushed” the vehicle out with no inspection because it was a busy day. Unbelievable. Employees selling unsafe vehicles and lying about it should immediately be fired. No excuses. Just goes to show how typical salesman only care about their commission and not their customers
