I've been going to Bill and his team for 3 years now - they are fun and friendly and incredibly professional. They've helped with issues I've had with Philly's city tax and have ensured I get all back that I'm owed. These guys are great!

I saw all of these good reviews for this firm and was very excited to talk to this guy and get some answers to my questions. First off, he was rudely questioning all of concerns in an unhelpful way. Then he basically said that there's nothing he can do for me and is too busy with his other clients. All of this was said in a very belittling ton of voice. Clearly, he will not take an interest in you if you aren't a high enough class that's worthy of his time.

Services was detailed and thorough all around awesome as usual.

We love working with Bill. He takes the time to explain things to us and there are quite a few occasions when he has called with new insights on particular issues. His fees are reasonable for the work done. He has also helped us with our health insurance, he knows how to deal with the system, is familiar with Obamacare, and the city network of people. We appreciate his diligence and respect for the tax law, and, of course, his always legal, creative problem solving feats......yes, he can do magic!

Went to Holtzman recently to help me decipher a letter I received from the Phila Revenue Dept, and also to help clean up a mess from my previous accountant. Bill was able to identify what the issues were immediately and set me in the right direction. I plan to return to Holtzman to have my taxes taken care of!

He never called me back for my appointment

My husband and I had somewhat complicated taxes when we went to Bill. On top of that, we had outstanding BIR/NPT taxes from previous years due to an accountant who didn't do his job. Bill was able to help us get everything straightened out.....all while we were in the process of moving to Texas! We can't thank and recommend Bill enough to anyone, whether you're in state or not. He has a web portal for documents that makes securely transferring information super easy. He is up to date on all the latest tax code and is just a lovely person with whom to do business. Thank you, Bill!
