Passport pictures are overpriced. There is another place on 47th st. Between 5th and 4th ave. Where you can get 2 passport pictures for $8 instead of $18.

It's a mix of everything. Taking/printing photos or perhaps just printing something out. Sending packages are also available here as well. The people are nice as well. Although prices are a little elevated here...
