I give them 0 stars (but had to give them one or the review would not post) because we have not been able to get them to return phone calls to start service. My wife was matched up with them for after care when leaving the hospital. They were supposed to call her last Friday to schedule. Didn't hear from them on Friday. She called them on Monday, they said there was an insurance issue, we made sure they had everything needed there and they finally called her back on Tuesday morning early and left her a message. Two call from her to them on Tuesday and no return call. It's now 2pm on Wednesday and still no return call. These people must have so much business they don't need any more. Meanwhile , my wife is now 5 days out of the hospital and we are looking for a different home health care agency thru her physician.

I have worked for the company for 4 years and just recently resigned (at my own will) I have learned so much working here and have made not only friends but I consider them a second family. We all try and work as a team to help our patients and make there experience with HCP as stress free as possible. Everyone from the owner on down works very hard to achieve this. It's a great place to work and a great place to enroll your loved one if you are needing home care.

At first this seems like an ideal job where you can stay long term. Well once the new wears off you see the agency and its true colors. The staff is demeaning to any and everyone. Always talking about someone inappropriately in public manner. My personal boss asked me to find her prescription pills?!? WHO DOES THAT?? When I told her I didn't know anything about them, is when my bullying began. About 3 weeks later I was fired for work performance...NEVER had a write up about work performance....seem fishy?? If you take note all reviews are they same. AWFUL place to work for.....

My Father in law had a 7 day hospital stay because this company is a joke. They don't even deserve one star. We have used this service for just over a month. Stacy was called to my FiL's assisted living facility to check if his catheter was leaking. She said that he was at dinner (5pm Monday) so she never checked the insertion point but the bag itself was not leaking. She deemed him "fine". He was admitted to the ER around 1pm Tuesday with extremely high BP and 1.5 liters in his bladder because his catheter had not been draining but backing up and leaking around. He wound up with an ambulance ride and a week in the hospital. If they had sent their secretary I would expect that she would just look at him and say he's fine. If they send an RN, I expect an actual exam. Upon his release from the hospital, the nurse came to "check on him". He was sent home in a gown with a full size hospital catheter bag and this nurse didn't think to swap that out for the leg bag that he normally has so that he is able to conceal it and walk around. Staff at the assisted living indicate that the nurse didn't wear an ID badge and that they felt uncomfortable with the way my FiL was treated and left by her.

They don't care about anything but Census which equals more money. It's sad to see a company that allows the V.I.P of operations as she would call herself run the company down. The turnover is unbelievable, people quit everyday due to the rudeness of the so call V.I.P of operations and lack of passion. They overwork the employees and don't care about the stress that they put you through. People on here are talking about how it is a good company to work for? LOL apparently you are new and have not been there long enough to see the real thing. It is all fake in the beginning trust me I learned that the hard way. Though the owners are nice I had to question their decisions when it came down to the employees who complained about upper management and what was going on. They always sided with upper management even if the evidence was right in front of their face. Us little people didn't matter!!!
