Our turn around time for FHA loans is 16 business days, and our conventional financing typically takes 7-10 business days. Underwriting and Docs are turned in 24-48 hours. We have a specialized and dedicated marketing team to help create flyers, e-mail drip campaigns, and various marketing materials. We run on an automated system, and all files are sent via the internet. Loan officers can run their business out of their home or at a local coffee shop.
