My only disappointment with Home Innovations is that when I ordered the 19D Challenger Master SPA in March of 2022 they told me That I should have it by Aug 30th of 2022. Didn't actually get my Spa until Oct 27th 2022. The Master Spa Manufacturer facility needs to communicate better with the Satellite stores. The Stores only get a rough estimation on how long it could take. Then it isn't until the Spa gets a serial # When the Tub part is made that your local store is emailed to when there's an actual deliver date. I will say I couldn't be happier with the Swim Spa and Tim is an awesome customer relations / all around spa guru. He always got back to me and answered all of my questions professionally and didn't give me any B.S. He was always straight up. The guy came out to my house and helped me prep and set up my spa in the dark after he had closed the Omaha store. He is dedicated and cares a lot about his customers. I'm a pretty demanding individual and Dave couldn't of handled my expectations any better. Hats off to there Spa Tech Adam as well, guy knows his stuff and goes above and beyond the call of duty.
This is it! If you are looking for a hot tub, you've found the best place in the greater Omaha region to buy one. Honest & fair pricing, knowledgeable, friendly staff who really care about your needs, and timely communication. No high pressure sales or BS. I've visited every seller in town, trust me... this is the place! Plus, their line of tubs is top rated and super high quality.
We met Tim at the Omaha store as the first place we stopped to research hot tubs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and no high pressure sales. We really liked one specific tub, but needed to research a couple other stores. We wound up coming back to Home Innovations and putting a deposit on a tub. We were in the process of building a deck and needed to get the electrical set up for the hot tub which was a separate very expensive item! so we couldn't have it delivered right away. We got the tub after about 3 weeks and have been so very pleased! The delivery was very efficient - they worked with the electrician who was hooking it up to make sure everything was done right. Paul and the delivery team were great to work with, and Tim our sales person has been in contact to make sure everything went well. We foresee many very happy years with our hot tub!
When I purchased the spa, I looked at the price, warranty & repair service availability. I just had my first service call & everything went the way a consumer wishes all service calls would go. Prompt & knowledgeable spa tech Adam had me back up and running quickly. I appreciate the service.
First time Hot Tub owners and didn't know much, after talking with Nate we ended up going with a Cal Spa and we love it! There was a little wait for the tub but worth it, and the delivery and hook up was was fast and informative. I will definitely be going back should I have questions or future purchases. Have bought three hot tubs from them over the years... Two from Lincoln location and most recently one from Omaha location. Deb in Lincoln knows her stuff and Tim in Omaha was knowledgeable and extremely patient with me during the purchasing process . Their products are first rate - I shopped around this last time and still ended up back at Home Innovations. With my other two spas in the rare situation when service was needed they were always very prompt and courteous. Happy customer here and so glad to be back in a hot tub! Was very relaxing to enjoy my cal spas 7' lounger with 51 jets and two pumps -- the foot jets in the floor and on the side wall are absolutely amazing!!!
The equipment they sell is top notch. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, the follow up services are the VERY BEST !!! Haven't had any major issues, but whenever I've had questions or problems they Tim have always had great and usually the cheapest recommendations to solve the problem. Thanks Tim
My experience with the Home Innovations team was wonderful. Paul and the guys managed a very difficult installation so calmly and patiently, and I was amazed how it all worked out! They took time to explain the spa features and maintenance, and were so pleasant. Since then, I've continued to receive wonderful service from the Omaha store, and all my questions have been patiently and thoroughly answered. I couldn't ask for more and we LOVE our spa!
It was a Great experience working with Tim. We didn't feel pressured at all. He answered all our questions about the different spas we were looking at before we finally settled on one in the Escape Series, we bought the Tropical 51 jets. This Tub is Awesome! I called Tim after we received the Tub with some minor questions and he was very helpful. The two young guys that delivered the Tub were on time even though we had freezing rain that day and the temp was only 28 degrees. These two guys were very easy to work as well. They made the setup look easy. And they explained everything very well. Thanks again for an Awesome Hot Tub! I highly recommend Home Innovations Spas!
