Our Home Instead office goes out of their way to place the right care pro with the right client. Elia Garcia is the primary care pro for my parents, focused primarily on my Dad. I cannot say enough good things about Elia. She is attentive, caring, anticipates their needs and goes out of her way to ensure they are well cared for. She has adjusted her schedule more than once by extending her time to accommodate an unexpected issue or emergency. She empathizes with them and knows how to cheer them up. She truly is an angel and considered a part of our family. My sisters and I are beyond grateful to have Elia in their/our lives.
This company has a lot of heart, compassion and understanding for the elderly. The staff is not only trained to perform their tasks but they do it with so much love. Love seems to flow from them so easily. Love starts raining down from the leadership team. The leadership team is so caring. They not only care for their clients and their families as they should, but they care so very deeply toward their staff who are working on the front lines. The leadership team strives to make everyone's work load the best it can be. And the team is so good at caring that they know when something is off for an individual. That's when the team goes into overload to fix the problem. This company is overly generous with money, time, support, and love for all; clients and staff. This is the BEST place I have ever worked and hope that I can continue for years to come. Thank you Home Instead Boston North for being you.
When mom was 95 years old and nearing the end of her life, it became apparent that she needed help with the most basic of daily tasks. I reached out to Home Instead and was immediately connected to the most caring, compassionate dedicated group of individuals I have ever met. I was immediately sent a nurse to evaluate her situation and the next day was provided caregivers to support her. She passed away recently but I will always know that during the final days of her life, she was able to live comfortably and with dignity. Not only are the in home caregivers knowledgeable and caring, the support staff in the office is top notch, providing 24 hour support. Knowing I always had this support helped me get through this most difficult time in my life. I unequivocally recommend Home Instead of Melrose.
Home Instead has constantly and consistently pivoted to meet my needs for my father. They have truly been my partner in his care. I appreciate their transparency, heart, inventiveness and work ethic. They have also been receptive and supportive as I spin thoughts off them, in this never ending puzzle. I feel so fortunate to have them.
The caregivers and staff at HomeInstead are wonderful. My mom was treated with great care and dignity. The staff at all levels are extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and patient. They helped guide and direct me every step of the way in providing quality care for my mom and handling difficult situations that occur in families who are dealing with the stress and challenges of a loved one with dementia. Navigating this process has not been easy especially from a distance living out of state but I felt very supported every step of the way knowing mom was safe in their care. I am so very thankful to Bill and his team and highly recommend the services of HomeInstead.
At Home instead the care pro Team are really friendly and professional and the personnel at Home instead are so kind alway there when you need them .l'm really so proud of them and l'm so grateful to be a part of Home Instead.
Home Instead is a great asset for my family. The office staff is very friendly. When I call for assistance with questions or last minute appointments; they do there best to fulfill my requests. Most of the aides are friendly and knowledgeable. They are here to assist my mom, but I have my own health issues and some aides will help me also. Unfortunately, some aides work out. The office staff will help to find an aide that better fits my mom needs.
The care and compassion given to my aunt by Home Instead was outstanding! Every member of their team goes above and beyond to ensure that their clients receive the very best care possible. It was a great comfort to my family that our aunt was so wellprovided for by the Home Instead Team. I wish we could give them 10 stars!!!!
We have been grateful to Home Instead of Melrose since we first consulted them last Summer. When we needed help they responded right away. Everyone from the office and the Caregivers have been kind and personable.They have provided compassionate, professional full time care for our Mom enabling her to stay in her home. We feel a sense of security and safety for her with them there. Their knowledge and understanding of dementia is comforting. They are also patient and sensitive to our Mom’s changing physical needs, and adhere to her personalized care plan. We appreciate Home Instead’s continued commitment to elder care during the present health crisis. My family used Home Instead out of Melrose for about 8 months to care for our Dad. It started out as companion care but quickly turned in to full time care due to our Dad's rapid decline of Alzheimers. The folks at Home Instead were truly a blessing to deal with. My family had it's own challenges during this process and Home Instead was consistently professional and focused on our Dad's care the entire time. My Dad become close with a many of the care folks Ana, Maggie, Marie and Fola as well as others. Also, the staff Joan & Bill especially were always accommodating and understanding of our delicate family situation. We couldn't have asked for better folks to care for our Dad in his final months.
