I didn't want to let too much time pass before I sing the PRAISES of Katrina Key Director of Sales. From the first conversation to the last, speaking to her was a joy. She radiated positivity, cheerfulness, and kindness even over the phone. And, she was the exact same way in person. She was extremely helpful in carrying out the plans that we discussed involving the meeting room. When I was at my wit's end, she was the voice of reason. She went over and beyond to make things happen. I would like to commend her on a job well done. She possess such GREAT attributes. In my opinion, Katrina is a TRUE ASSET to the Home 2 Suites company. I would like to say thank you to Cattera and Ashley for their exceptional service! As a Diamond member I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. These ladies went over and beyond to ensure that my needs were addressed even when it was an error on my end. I would also like to say thank you to the young lady who provided breakfast, who was always welcoming and to the housekeeping team for the clean rooms.

I'm a Hilton Honors member, but this was the first time I've stayed at a Home2 Suites. Suitably impressed. Room was large and comfortable along with a kitchenette and even a dishwasing unit. Breakfast was excellent. Gym well equipped. One of the nicest Hilton properties I've been to. Also located in an up and coming area with plenty of decent restaurant options.

My husband and son stayed here last weekend for a soccer tournament. Without any communication with them, they were charged a $75 pet fee. When I called to report the false charge we do not travel with our dog, I was told that someone would call. When no one had called 2 days later, I called again and was told by the desk clerk that the cafeteria lady saw us with several dogs. When I explained that we only have one dog and that she was home with me while my husband and son stayed in their hotel, I was told again I would receive a call. Called again the next day and was told the manager was reviewing. You can see the response below. I do appreciate their attention. I just wish they had notified us of the assessment prior to checkout so it could have been resolved prior to my calling three times. Other than the erroneous charge, the accommodations and staff were nice and what you’d expect from Hilton.

Pretty standard hotel. Front desk was helpful. Room was fairly clean. There was a penny on the shower drain. Not sure why. Maybe someone was trying to make a wish. One of the lights flickered so turned it off. The bathroom door would close no matter how far you opened it. A little annoying. Close to the airport. Food & drinks: A lot of places to eat in the area.

Super clean room and lobby. Loves the shower/bathroom. Awesome water pressure and very clean. One night stay but could easily stay longer if I needed to. ONLY complaint was that I tried twice to book with my points but that info did not come through on the website. Rooms: Super clean well maintained

Exceptional service at checkin! The hotel is a quick 5 to 7 minute walk to Kroger Supermarket, or 7 to 10 minute drive to Walmart Superstore. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Rooms are equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, cooking and sating utensils. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, waffles, non-pork breakfast bagel sandwiches and much more. Rooms: Spacious, clean rooms! Hotel rooms floors are not fully carpeted. Great for anyone traveling with pets or for travelers who have allergies to carpeting. Rooms include full size refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensil included. Nearby activities: Shopping centers Walkability: Kroger Supermarket within 5 to 7 minute walk. Variety of restaurants across the street.

The two ladies at the front desk were nice and professional. The rooms were clean. I didn't like the breakfast. Overall stay was pleasant.Rooms: 5/5

I love Home2 Suites in general and this one especially. My husband wanted his picture made with Miss Pat because she fixed him such a great breakfast this morning. What a sweet, sweet lady! I love the spaciousness of the rooms, and all kinds of restaurants and shopping within a half a mile. It’s a safe area, and this is now our go-to hotel when we’re visiting family here
