Was in there today and got the rudest treatment I've ever gotten from a clerk in my 52 years. Was actually IGNORED by the cashier for over 5 minutes while she complained to another worker about her job. Guess she doesn't enjoy it, and I sure didn't enjoy being ignored while I'm trying to make a purchase and pick up my kid from school. I loved this store until today, but I have zero interest in going back now. I wish I could give negative stars, but unfortunately that's not an option. I'll stick with Tuesday Morning from now on. They're always helpful and polite.

I shop here once in a while but each time always have bad customer service. I shop there because of the products but I don't believe want to shop there. A sister company of TJMax I think TJMax have much much better service.

Nathan has to offer the best customer service in this store. When he first started helping me, I thought he was the manager based on how friendly and knowledgeable he was. Nathan helped me from the time I was just asking questions, to check-out and all the way to my car where he managed to squeeze everything I bought into my small SUV. Highly recommend requesting to have Nathan help you, you won’t regret it.

Great prices. Great quality. A lot of diverse and modern items. Definitely a cool place for all home needs.

Looked for rugs here and the 2 guys in there were too busy unwrapping new rugs and talking to get out of the aisle let alone offer to help. We left without buying anything.
