Good quality furniture, but a particular employee by the name Kimberly was extremely rude when I came in today for a refund. I waited in line patiently with my dad and boyfriend to proceed with the refund, and Kimberly said “there are other people in line waiting,” and checked them out before us, even though we waited first. When finally being able to, Kimberly got very defensive when we gave her the refund slip and said “I wasn’t here this day, so I don’t know,” while throwing up her hands and shrugging. The overall checkout process was horrible strictly based off of her nasty attitude. Not sure if she is having a bad day, but rule number one in a professional environment is not bringing your bad days to work. I’m a licesnsed Aesthetician and part of my profession is having greetful body language to all clients. The manager was very understanding of this issue.

Home Goods has EVERYTHING for the home and at great prices and the also have a friendly staff!!

Best store ever! It beats all other home stores. Selection is amazing and it's a great shopping experience... given you have enough money for everything you're going to find and want lol!!
