Had an extremely pleasant experience! On 11/27, a Sunday afternoon, coming from a very busy/messy TJMaxx on Thanksgiving weekend, I expected this store to be exactly the same, but it was the polar opposite. The store was clean and organized and the checkout line was starting to get a bit long, but then the manager called for more staff to the registers which really expedited our wait! Can't wait to come back!
I just had the worst experience with the manager on Duty this evening. He acted as if he was completely annoyed that I had a question for him and was extremely rude and unhelpful. This happened after 5pm on 11/17/22. I frequently come to this store but early in the morning and previous managers have always been so nice when I've had a question. This evening manager needs an attitude adjustment. I definitely will not come back in the evening. Get another job if you don't want to deal with customer questions. Especially those who spend thousands of dollars throughout the year at Homegoods. Bad
They usually have something we like. It's a great place to go and just wander the store. We just keep a list of things we need or want and buy it when the price drops.
Clean, wide selection...misleading advertisement: "Starting at $3.99" Nothing is $3.99 on this shelf?? It starts at $4.99.
Great selection of rugs and also the prices are good deals. The employees who works at the rug department are so kind.

This place is hit or miss, with an emphasis on hit. It's a good size and lots of options most of the time. On this day, everything was in order and clean. Really nice to see.
Me and my entire family comes to this location at least two times a week and spend a good amount of money buying things we love. Tonight, on 04/13/22, was by far the worst experience I ever had with the store manager Greg! We brought a toy to the registry that doesn't have any price tag on it, we asked if we can purchase it. Since there was no price, the customer service rep Azeb called Greg for price, his first response was that he can't sell it because the toy comes as a set with another toy, which is understandable. My sister explained to him that my 3 year old daughter found the toy from the clearance area and there was nothing around it, we asked if we can see the set so we can purchase it for her, but Greg said that "we only have 5 minutes and I don't think that YOU will find any toy in 5 minutes" What? Clearly, we don't know what kind of set the toy comes with, that why he was called to help with the price, we didn't even know it was a set, until he mentioned it. He refused to even check, he said he has to prepare to close the store in 5 minutes and he can't help us! he took the toy away from my 3 years old and left my daughter crying, the customer service rep was still ringing the items we were burying, the least he can do was to check and see if the set was available - in the system or at the clearance area- but he couldn't even do that. I have never seen this type of customer service from a MANAGER. This location was and still is my favorite location to shop but tonight experience was the worst ever. Very disappointed!!!!
Large variety of goods at good prices. You do need to check for Quality.
Always five stars. Service is good, it’s clean, it’s well organized, prices are amazing!!! Quality is great, and they have new items every single day. I can walk in the store and shop and never get tired. I highly recommend it
