Incredibly prompt, polite, and thorough. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and looked at all aspects of the house. I plan on using him again . He pointed things out that others would have missed and he was honest about everything. I will never use a different inspector.

Thorough and honest. Tom is a great guy and very knowledgeable. It was a bummer to find out how much of a disaster a home we liked was, but better than the heartbreak and bankruptcy the house would have caused had we purchased it.
