We have used Homestead several times with their 15 yard roll off dumpster for our renovation waste. The drivers are highly skilled and takes caution in leaving the dumpster in the spot that we want on the driveway. The roll off is extremely smooth, which helps reduce interruptions to our neighbors. Top notch service. I called 4 different dumpster companies on the south shore and Eric at Homestead was by far the friendliest and the most responsive. I was cleaning out a storage unit and only allowed to have the dumpster 15 yard on the property for 24 hours. Eric and crew made it happen for me. And the driver was just as friendly and helpful as Eric. Big thanks to your entire team for making it easy!
We have been working with Homestead Disposal for several years and have never had a problem. It is difficult working at different construction sites and managing all the dumpsters coming in and out, but with Homestead Disposal it is very easy. As soon as one of the dumpsters is full, we simply give them a call and set up a time for delivery. Likewise, with new projects, we call in with an address and the dumpster is there ready to go by the time we start our project. I highly recommend this company regardless of the size of your project. Most of the time you will speak with Eric who is very kind and willing to help. Not sure where the other review is coming from as we have had some tight spaces to fit dumpsters and it hasn't been a problem.
Excellent service! Professional, friendly and responsive. I called late after a busy day and the owner answered. He assured me that the dumpster would be picked up at the requested time despite short notice. They picked up on time which allowed me to use it right up until a deadline which needed it off the property. I will recommend to friends and use them for all my future dumpster needs. Strong work!
I had a wonderful experience with Homestead Disposal. Eric was so helpful when I called looking for a dumpster 2 days before I was going to clean out a house in Billerica, Mass. He went over the sizes and what I would need for my job. He promised me the dumpster would be there the day before I needed it and when there was a weather problem they called to me to make sure I knew they would have it delivered early the next day before the time I would need it. It was there exactly in the spot I described for him ready to go for us when we got there. I highly recommend this company if you are in the area they service.
