Hometown Detailing

My 2019 CH-R was pretty gross on the inside after a trip to the lake. Sand, stained seats, and dust. I dropped off my car on a Saturday and 4 hours later it was a total change! My seats look brand new. Overall a great job, will return.

My appointment for interior detailing was at 10am. As I dropped off the keys to my car I look the man who I met with in the eyes and ask, "This will take around 2-3 hours to complete, right?" He responds, "Yup, I'll make sure to give you a call when it's good to go." 3 hours later I return to the place, no phone call, to check and see how the status is. I'm thinking that worst case scenario that maybe they need an extra half an hour or so. I see 2 new dudes that weren't there before and I ask them on the status of my car. We go over to it and the only thing that had been done was light vacuuming on the floors. Light vacuuming... over 3 hours... Are you actually serious? IDC what excuse is given, some of us have a schedule we try to maintain and when your website and guy both say 2-3 hours, I expect 2-3 hours. Though to be completely fair, I have nobody but myself to blame. The place looks like it's in someone's backyard in the hood. I spent like 3 minutes trying to find it because I thought Google took me to the wrong place. Nope. It's just a perfect case of being able to 100% judge a book by its cover. If you decide to do business here and get the same gut feeling of, "This ain't professional nor will it go smooth" like I did, trust that gut instinct, do a 180, and floor the gas like I should have. To the owner, if you're gonna try and set things right either give me a refund for what work WAS NOT done to my car or fix whatever internal problems you have. Nobody likes having their time wasted.

I got to admit. This was my first time getting my car detailed and OMG it was amazing. I was a little hesitant at first with letting a complete stranger drive off with my car, but I was sick and I put a little trust into it and it came back amazing!!! I will 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone. Great prices! Great detailing! Great customer service! Great place! Dog stains are no more! Awesome. It was also great that it came back cleaner than when I got it originally from the dealer! The floor mat has a tad bit of dirt as I have driven my car since I got it done.

This the third time I’ve had hometown detailing detail my wife’s van… every time has been great! I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks Brian and your crew for always coming through!

The staff is super friendly and they did an immaculate job. I originally paid for the basic detail but upgraded in hopes that they would be able to get some of the pet hair out of the seats and they did not disappoint. There wasn't even one dog hair left! The clean was so good I smiled all the way home. 1000% recommend for anyone looking for a quick and painless detail job with a personable staff!Services: Full body wash

You have to tip ahead of time and pay ahead of time, which I thought was strange. Turned out to be a terrible experience. Spent $200 after tip. First, they made it seem like they would drive out to us and clean in our driveway, which we did not get. They will pick your car up and drop it off. Since it was already paid and there is an interlock in the vehicle, there weren't many options and we ended up driving it out there. We were also told it would take 3-4 hours, it took 6.5 hours. We let them know to NOT start the vehicle, as it would lock us out of the interlock. They did, and now we have to get it unlocked before the timer is up and pay a fee. We understand companies being short staffed, but this overall was a terrible experience. Wasn't going to write a review until we found out we are locked out. Very frustrating.Services: Full body wash
