Tracy Ellig was completely unprofessional while serving as a co-facilitator for the other party. Tracy repeatedly tried to intimidate and did harass a senior citizen. She made several mistakes regarding legal affairs and made unexpected repeated changes prior to the closing. While at the title company during the signing, Tracy proceeded to tell off color jokes and interrupted the procces.

Every agent we interacted with during our home purchase journey was very patient, courteous, and helpful. They were very timely and proactive with communication and helped ensure everything went smoothly. Even when things didn't go smoothly, due to circumstances outside their control and ours, they went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. Highly recommended!
