HomeTown Services Group is owned and operated by Joseph A. Marney Jr. Joseph was a previous managing member in The Richard Schoenwalder Group. Having philosophical differences with his partner, Joseph decided to form HomeTown Services Group, Your Local Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Service Company.

Joseph has spent the last few years working as a journeyman plumber for the Group. Joseph has a universal refrigerant license, allowing him to work on any HVAC system in the United States. If you have used the Richard Schoenwalder Group over the past 5 years, odds are Joseph was in your home. Homeowners know that Joseph still believes in the customer is always right. Joseph has amassed a great deal of knowledge working in your unique homes. There is no plumbing, heating or cooling challenge that Joseph isn’t going to tackle and assure your complete satisfaction. Joseph is also an expert on handing and working with your insurance company on insurance claims jobs. Most companies won’t even deal with them, but Joseph takes the extra time and effort in providing his customers with whatever their concerns are.

Joseph and HomeTown Services Group is proud to have recruited W.R. Wells Sr as his New Jersey State Licensed Master Plumber. Mr. Wells Sr. has serviced New Jersey for the past 50 years.
