Best shop in town. They are fast and thorough. Great staff. Yes they have Honda prices but the definitely try to work with you whenever possible. I just had $5900 worth of work done and it was QUICK... Now my bike looks better than before.... It also runs and preforms better that before. They also have gear ... High quality gear, at good prices, for sale. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a Honda or Yamaha. They can also do service on other brands. Just call and ask for Mike.. great guy
I've purchased a number of motorcycles here over the years, and have never had a bit of trouble. They are one of the most professional and service-oriented outfits you will run into. They also have a great service department, with experienced, friendly staff, who will help you get what you need at a price point you can live with.
Great staff and clean dealership. Greg really took care of us and catered to our needs for my wife's bike. Everyone we spoke to was polite and super welcoming and friendly. I'll be back to buy my bike at the end of the summer.
I took my motorcycle for servicing and they took care of it very good. Very good staff and makes sure customer understands what needs to be done for thr vehicle. Mike is the guy who is very nice. He made sure my motorcycle has been taken care very good and also pretty good communication. Thank you!
Recently took my wife's Honda 250 Rebel in to have the carburetor cleaned from a period of non operation. I took the bike into this shop on October 18, 2017 and was told there was only 1 bike ahead of mine for repair. That would imply a 1-2 day turn around. Well... I just picked it up today November 1, 2017. Their service department never called me with a status update or any additional repair changes they wanted to make. The only time I got an update was after I called them. In addition, they finally informed me that the bike needed a fuel tank pit cock - never stating what the cost would be and that the bike would be ready in two more days. It wasn't. Today I picked the bike up and go to pay for the repairs expecting a bill in the $250.00 to $300.00 range, only to find out it is $437.45. I had no idea or expectation the bill would be this high. So, I decided to do a little more research and went to the Honda Partshouse to check and compare their prices to the dealers. Another surprise - the dealer had his parts marked up by 57%-60%. I don't mind a business making money but frankly a 60% markup is over the top...at least for me. I would not recommend this dealership for any reason or circumstance.
A+ dealership! I drove 750 miles to buy a used motorcycle, I was treated like I was buying the whole showroom. Awesome sales staff and management. Highly recommend any sales from them.
Oh my gosh! Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer. I took a friend to drop off his Honda Rebel. The bike would not idle or run correctly even after we rebuilt the carb. He told the service manager what we had done and he said they would look at it. A month later and after my friend had to call them he was told the carb needed rebuilding. He told them we had done that but they insisted that was the problem. Two weeks later he called and they said they were still waiting on parts. After another 2 weeks he called and was told rebuinding the card didn’t fix it and they needed to tear the engine apart to find the problem. At that point my friend decided to cut his losses and just pick up the bike. The mechanic was cool and didn’t charge for his labor to rebuild the carb but the dealer charged for everything and even wanted to charge a storage fee. My friend paid the bill and we waited to get the bike. Since no one was helping us I started looking for the bike. I found it in a corner still disassembled. At this point the owner, Michael Hall came out and started to load the bike. When I asked if they were going to reassemble it he became very loud ,rude and hostile toward me! I was shocked that an owner would act in such an unprofessional manner! He said I wasn’t the customer so he wouldn’t speak to me. Well with that type of attitude and overall poor customer service I’ll never be a customer! While the service manager is clueless and the owner is a jerk the mechanic was helpful in explaining his process and what he thought might be the problem. He even apologized for how we were treated by the owner saying he treated his employees badly but couldn’t believe he would treat a customer like that! During his tirade Michael Hall told us they were way behind and had some customers waiting 2 weeks for an oil change. Funny thing, when we pulled off Michael had one of his mechanics stop working on a motorcycle to install running boards on his truck!
Tried to pull a warranty scam on me after the bike had already been in the shop for 5 months.. Worst Shop EVER!!! Dealership guys are great but of course they are since they want to make money.
Great showroom and very friendly service. The repair shop does good work too. I would feel comfortable purchasing a bike or anything here
The staff is SO friendly and helpful. They've already followed up with me twice after my purchase. Highly recommend.
