There are two ways auto shops make money: either they have a great reputation and lots of business, or they take advantage of customers who don’t know their reputation for doing so. Quoted over $900 for a brake fluid flush, new pads and rotors in just the front, and an alignment. Called five other shops in the area and received quotes for less than $800 and those quotes included front and rear pads and rotors. Highway robbery. If they didn’t have the Honest-1 Chain name attached to this shop they’d be closing shop like the rest of the grifters.

Been coming here for a while for basic car maintenance. I'm always very pleased with the quality of service. I'm not knowledgeable regarding prices for car work, but I feel like the value is very good, especially considering the quality of the work. Would highly recommend.

Went to Vancouver Jeep for a $150 diagnostic and they decided to quote me for $2400 Hester core replacement so decided to call Honest-1 on my way back home doing the walk of shame after hearing the diagnostic. I told all the symptoms over the phone to honest-1 and she scheduled me for that next morning at 8:09 on Saturday, she call me 2 hours later giving me the good news my Ram 2500 diesel, 2018 was blowing hot air again with just a heater core flush which cost me $180 or so compared to Vancouver Jeep! Call this shop if you any a second opinion.

I have experienced so many auto shops it's ridiculous, and being as I worked in the automotive parts industry for quite some time, I very well know the good bad and the ugly sides to this industry, and I can say this, from my experience walking into this place for the 1st time, I was greeted professionally, with friendliness, and promptly, I was given a explanation on what it is that will be done, the cost and so on. Susy told me a Lil over a hour, and it was exactly a Lil over a hour. And I am impressed with the thoroughness that they give in regards to what they did and did not do to my truck. She even referred me to other local places for some miscellaneous things that I need done on my truck which to me shows a great deal of business etiquette, open mindedness and friendliness most of all HONESTY. I can respect and appreciate that completely. I will definitely be going back there and I'm gonna send my family members as well. It's a great place !

So, looking at all of the other reviews on here, I will say this: a Businesses do make mistakes, but the owner seems to be trying to do right by replying; At the same time, b the majority of the negative reviews are left by ignorant alias-named chickenshyts who are mad because they attempted to fix their car first prior to bringing it to Honest1, which often makes it harder to fix for anyone diagnosing it. We recently took our ride in for a transmission rebuild, of which they were great, the price was reasonable for what was needed, came w/a 3yr warranty, were provided w/a beater-rental for the week it was being worked on 6 days IS reasonable, and our car ran smooth as new upon getting it back. We are very happy for Honest1 serving us during our transmission being down.Service: Transmission replacement
