Honey Bear's BBQ

Generous portions of fat on the brisket. Best i've had in Phoenix. The BBQ sauce is a bit sweet but should appeal to a wide audience since it is well balanced with salt and spices. Cole slaw is fresh. Avoid the bread sides. Bring your own butter for the corn. Collard greens were dubious.

First time trying and I will be back. I tried the Hot Nash chicken tenders and mac n cheese. Tenders were amazing but not a lot of sauce so order extra if you like sauce. Also, the hot is not that hot in case you can't decide. Mac n cheese is super tasty and a must try. They have multiple menus so ask for them when you go.

Honey bears makes great bbq! The sauce is the best. If you get a chance to get rib tips, they rock. There are a few locations around their p town, but this one on Van Buren is the only one we far as I'm concerned.

Excellent food. Good sized portions. I get the pulled pork sandwich and they serve enough meat to make two sandwiches.
