I just wish that they had a faster turnaround time for orders. I just think that having to call about a week ahead doesn’t sound like good service. Their cakes are the best, to be fair, but I think they should hire more people.

Cakes by Rachael did an amazing job on our wedding cake and mini desserts! They were very prepared when we went for our cake tasting and were also very friendly and helpful. The mini desserts were a great snack at the wedding. Rachael was able to dye the inside of the cake purple (which was one aspect that I really wanted). They also allowed us to rent out pieces to display the cake and desserts and were very flexible with the returning of the pieces as well. I definitely recommend Cakes by Rachael!

Just had our #6 grandson baby shower, the cake came out just like the mother to be expected, it was the main focal point of the conversation. If you want quality and creativity; this place has it all. Thank you guys for a great experience.

We went in for breakfast and had a terrible experience. The menu was limited. The service was friendly but, slow and the food was snack sized. It’s not as warm and inviting as the website suggest.
