Great food, coffee, and service! My family enjoys coming. Especially our young kids. They are very patient and accommodating. The prices are extremely reasonable and the donuts always taste fresh! Unfortunately I feel like I needed to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star due to being overcharged multiple times. The family only hands you a charge card receipt so that you can't easily catch that they charged you for multiple items you didn't receive. When I asked for an actual receipt on my last visit, I found I was charged for 3 items I did not purchase. I know this isn't the first time. She refused to correct my bill even after she admitted it was wrong. Be sure you always get a printed receipt from this dishonest business.

This was special. It was freezing cold and I just missed my bus. I stopped here to warm up with a cup of coffee and a donut. I had one-on-one service, the manager was friendly, and we spent most of the time talking about our mutual donut shop experiences. The place was clean, including the men's room, service was prompt, and the prices right. Get there if you can.

This is a slice of home for us. The owners are really kind and lovely people who genuinely care about us as a family and always ask how the kids are when they're not along. The hot ham is just like I remember as a kid on Sundays for the Packer games and the donuts are excellent!

Never have the donuts I want. They are out everytime. I was there in the afternoon around 3ish and why had 6 and 1/2 hours to go. The guy said they weren't making anymore. My second choice was also out. The ones I did get, I took 2 bites and there was NO CREAM inside. I went back in and he gave me another one......no difference. The same with the frosted Jelly, not even a 1/4 tea. inside. For the price I will not be back. They got cheap with the filling, and the selection was poor. If they have such good sellers why aren't they making more of them? I would have not given it any rating, but had to. Wish I would have saved them to take pictures of.

Got ham and rolls today for the second time since the new owners took over. The previous owner had delicious ham and rolls, we got it often. When the new owner took over we got ham and rolls and we were very disappointed, the ham was just very bland. Several months later we decided to give it another try. So very sorry we did... the ham was dry, it was all in tiny shredded pieces except for one thick slice that was burnt and all of it looked as if it was soaking in burnt juices. It was so bad we threw it away. What a waste

So happy I stopped in, so sad it isn't closer. The best variety of doughnuts I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of doughnut shops, and really good coffee also. Prices are what doughnut prices should be. If you see it, Stop, you won't be disappointed.

Smells amazing and currently has hot apple cider available right now, this minute if you are chilled like I was this morning. Donuts start at just 79 cents for one. I wish I had taken a picture because the way it looks before daylight in morning all lit up is something it has going for it.

The donuts are the bomb, the customer service is definately lacking for sure. Would be nice to see a smile once in awhile. Been here more than a few times but wont go out of my way to make it my must stop place to purchase. Prices are decent and the selection is good.

If you are looking for a mindblowingly crazy good donut, come here and get the apple fritter. Seriously it is amazing. Soft and moist, crunchy at the edges, sweet cinnamon-y goodness. And with nice chunks of apples in it too. THE most perfect donut, and they're the size of your head. I've never had anything here that wasn't fresh. All the donuts I've tried are good, but the apple fritter blows them all out of the water. Try one, you'll be addicted.
