First time ordering from this restaurant. Was not disappointed! We ordered at the counter and in about 20’ the food was ready. We tried a few other Chinese restaurants in the Burlington area but this one is really “hands down” Their white rice is really “jasmine”! Food is well prepared, generous portions and decent prices. We’ll certainly be back!
Been getting lunch here at least once a week for years. Very dependable, consistent, standard take-out meals proudly prepared and presented by the owner/chef's young family. Only disappointment is the recent termination of their very economical "Lunch Specials" menu. Highly recommend the hot and sour soup and Szechuan chicken w/vegetables. Parking: Usually spaces available right outside the front door.
Portions are generous, food is delicious and customer service is fantastic. I'm always greeted with a smile by the son and you can always "hear" his smile on the phone when placing an order. It's refreshing! I'm happy to have found them!
Good service, huge servings. I tried a combo meal. Not sure if it was good or not, I have to try the same thing at another Chinese restaurant. I would go back.
My boyfriend & I come here several times a week. One of our favorite things to eat when we’re hungry. Always hittin never a miss!!
Extremely friendly staff, polite and professional. I am a dumpling fanatic and their dumplings are quite good, not the very best I’ve ever had but thus far the best I’ve had in VT. The Szechuan wontons with hot sesame sauce were a pleasant surprise. The wontons were pretty good but the sauce actually had some kick to it as advertised. I have often been disappointed to order a dish that the menu says is spicy and it really ain’t. I enjoyed them very much. I’ve sampled their General Tso’s chicken which could have been spicier for my palate but definitely didn’t lack for flavor. Nice little place, very clean, kitchen looked good from what I could see. Well worth the trip. Did I mention they were very nice folks too?
This was delicious! We had some beef, veggie and pork menu items and all were better than other similar restaurants we’ve tried in Vermont. Will definitely be back!Takeout: Yes
Had not been here since I changed jobs, decided to go back...further away then our go to...and it was all amazing ! flavors spot on! Boneless ribs were so good, not a bunch of fat like we have gotten elsewhere , spring rolls so fresh tasting ! Beef moo shi beef so good !!!!! Generals chicken yum!
Been going to this Chinese restaurant for over 11 years now. I get it like once a month. the only 1 downside is since I've been going there their prices keep going up and up and up so when I first started going there I would have gave it 5 stars. Today I'd give it 3-4 because the prices should not go up that fast.. My 3 things I always get are general tse chicken and 1 large chicken teriyak sticks. It use to be a total of $22. now it's up to nearly $38-45 for 3 things. But overall no complaints about the food' food is always hot. excellent service. Good workers' just the prices are high these days but everything else in this country is high too.... Overall best Chinese place I've ever gone to in Vermont.... Check it out if you're in that area. it's worth a try. 11 years I've been going there..... I still love it!!!!!!!
Only place I will go to get Chinese food!! Their food is amazing, and love how this is a family business. When you go inside to get your food you will be greeted by one of their kid's, and they are such sweet children. Let's eat at a family business like this!!
