Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. It was horrible. We ordered the coconut shrimp which tasted like cardboard. The general tso chicken tasted old. The Lomein was disgusting, The rice was ok and the crab Rangoon was the only thing that we ate. I wish I could have taken everything back for a refund.
Drove out to try something different, arrived an hour before their 2pm closing, they didn’t want to dirty a table, so take out ONLY! Really! A huge party of 2! Forget them!

Best steamed or fried dumplings. Great fried rangoons. I love their Pork LoMein and coconut chicken and white rice.
What happened? This place used to a jewel in Ebensburg. The food was fresh and flavorful. But just ordered take out today and have to honestly say it was horrible! The Generals chicken was tough and actually dry inside, like the chicken had been sitting in a freezer way to long. The pork fried wontons which used to explode with the pork filling, was tasteless. Also, they weren't filled with pork. If you examine the wonton closely you will notice a small amount of meat filling. Then finally, the hot and sour soup. That was actually somewhat hideous. It's basically soy sauce with whole mushrooms. I am in the middle between Altoona and Ebensburg so I've tried most if not all the chinese restaurants. Unfortunately, this is in the bottom three now. What a shame !
Called to order lunch for my coworkers and I. No patience whatsoever for taking a call with 4 orders. 2 of us went to pick the orders up. She was very irritated that I payed for our 4 orders separately. We received no plasticware and only 2 fortune cookies. Will not be back. I recommend the pearl house. Much better customer service.
It's perfect, I ate at this restaurant 7 years. The lady is so nicethe lovely girl is so sweet. The chicken is crispysoup is hotcrab ragoon are so tasty. This is the best restaurant in Ebensburg, in Pennsylvania, in America.
My husband and I love this place. The food is great and there is always a ton, and the services is fast and friendly!
I was impressed with the safe exchange of take out food. They are following safety protocols and standards to ensure the safety of their customers/ employees!!
