They picked up my vacuum within a week of me requesting, and brought it back working and looking brand new. The best part was having a loaner vacuum while they had mine. Cheap price and great service. Def recommend

Never been there, just reading the reviews, but I had this same Kirby since 1995 that’s 23 year of service that’s so awesome and this is the first time ever broke down on me, it won’t start up. I don’t want to get a new just fix it please thank you for your service in the best vacuum ever
