HonorHealth Breast Health and Research Center - Deer Valley

I wish i never went to this place for my breast radiation. Most awful place ,and so are all the workers. No compassion at all. I would sit with a few women every day as we waited for our treatment and ask how each one of us felt. I was told if i did not stop talking i would be put in a seperate room. The nurse was mean. The doctor ,well i would not send my worse enemy to her as she lied to me over and over. I asked if my lungs would be affected by radiation .she flat out said its no where near your lungs .well i will be on oxygen the rest of my life now from all the damage. A terrible uncaring place.

Hoping to elicit a comment here from an HonorHealth representative in response to this post. I have been referred to HonorHealth Breast Health & Research Center for an MRI-guided breast biopsy by my primary care physician because my recent experience at another (formerly good) radiology center was so dismal. Reading recent reviews which mention long waits, rude personnel, impersonal treatment, I want ABSOLUTE ASSURANCES that corrections have been made and that future patients will be treated better. Otherwise, I have other options, don't I?

They did my wife’s scanning and directed me to a surgeon for a scan again.They did not give any concrete results .Hencr I feel it’s better to go to a specialist directly rather than going to this center.

I waited three hours to be seen. I was never told why I was waiting so long. I had to come back because I am a full time student, and needed to go do my final. I couldn't focus on my final because they told me to come back because they found something. They should have a place where married couples can sit. Other than the waiting room. I have been so scared each time and my husband couldn't be with me. Now on my account online I show an $86 charge and I have never received a bill in the mail. I can't get a hold of them on the phone. It is annoying to say the least.

Thanks to all for the great care and professionalism of this office. Was scheduled for surgery was seen there before for guide wire placement, and needless to say a bit scared, couldn't have felt more comfortable than I did with Michelle and Dr. Greer. Thanks again for the great support of the whole office. Tina and Steve Rex. i am adding to this review on 8-3-2017 just returned to the center for a post lumpectomy screening needless to say was a little scared of only being a week out from surgery about the pain from it. Had the pleasure of having Joy as my tech and I found out no need to worry! thank you Joy. Tina Rex
