Hook's Oxygen & Medical Equipment

Gave me the run around. First they take my insurance then suddenly the don't, then upper management says they do then upper management says they don't. I wasted three weeks before I was told I had to go elsewhere. Not good when you need medical equipment.

The most concerned and courteous people I have dealt with. Answer all my questions to the best of their ability .
