A bank that’s fully going to fulfill black stereotypes. Nasty attitudes, short and unhelpful responses, will even hang up the phone on you if you’re justifiably displeased with service. No matter how many times they “transfer to a branch manager” you’re never going to get one. And don’t bother leaving a message because they’re never going to call you back. I’ve never been more happy to get in my car and drive to a place to close an account in my life. This company is worse than Xfinity and we all know how much they suck.
This is the worst location I would not refer anyone to open up an account at this location. The workers and manager are very rude, lazy and disrespectful. They just need to remove all of them and start over fresh.
Black owned fulfilling all the negative stereotypes...unfortunately experience has been terrible because they are understaffed. And for some reason have a bad attitude with the customers who are the reason why they are in business.
I bank with USAA, but I needed a local branch to make some banking transactions easier for myself. I chose Hope Credit Union because it was near my home and because I was already using their ATM for withdrawals. June 6th, 2022 I entered the branch to open a checkings account. It took about two hours for my request to be completed and I was told I would be receiving a banking card in 7-14 business days. In preparation for the use of my account I created an online profile. In doing so I realized the associate who created my account entered my email incorrectly so I cannot enroll in electronic notifications. I also noticed I had not received a debit card. I called Hope to resolve these issues. I was told a card was never ordered for me and I would have to go to a local branch to complete an email change request form. This is very inconvenient for many reasons, but ultimately I would ask this establishment to pay more attention to detail. These mistakes have caused me not to have access to money that I need access to.
Came here to open an account, sat for about 20 minutes waiting to be helped. Decided to stand in line to see if I can get some assistance. While standing in line a young lady sat where I was just sitting , and was helped immediately. So I decided to sit down again, same lady walked by me twice , not once asking if I need assistance. Guess I was the wrong the color.
Poor customer service looks down on ppl no management nor corporate to complain to which is how I believe they want it I tried and got local numbers and email was not answered blames the pandemic on their poor service lack of knowledge and poor communication
You Ned to correct the open time I was at 8am at the door and the people working there was sorry we don’t open till 9 am

This credit union is the worst for financing, its been 5 months and they haven't closed yet
