I’ve been taking my little sister here for a little bit now and everyone has been super friendly. This creates a warm welcoming environment! Also, her therapist has been super flexible with our ever changing schedule by offering us in person or online based on what we need that week.
Called ahead and they had told me they take my insurance, went in person and they didn’t seem like they were really trained and were confused. Then they had told me they don’t take my insurance and then they said they did, then offered counseling from a student…I had told them my situation and they had told me they can’t support it, while on the phone they said they were able to support it. Referred me to another place that does not take insurance for $200 sessions thanks for run around and confusion I was given.
Ms. Leeza noticed something very important about me that many other professionals missed. What she noticed why many treatments I tried in the past did not work. I have been able to do remote appointments to save me from needing to commute and it has been good.
I’ve been going to this facility for a few weeks now and I look forward to coming each week. The staff are very friendly, never have attitudes or seem like they don’t want to be bothered. The hospitality here is great. I feel welcomed each time. My therapist Carolina is amazing. I’ve learned so much since seeing her, and I can tell she’s genuinely there to help me. Overall my experience so far has been nice. I do recommend
Had a great experience here with Jacob as my therapist. He was super attentive, giving me great perspectives, and well researched. As a woman I don't usually have male therapists but he put in a lot of effort and research to understand my perspective and specific female experiences. Even when he slipped up a couple times he always reflected and apologized, it was pretty impressive. The lobby was a great space, always playing Nickelodeon :
I am a patient at Hope counseling and the staff is amazing my counselor Carolina is an amazing counselor she is very adamant and shows interest and understanding. In this short time she has helped me cope with many different situations and continues to show me different steps and techniques that have been very helpful and useful in my situation. I would strongly recommend her or any one of the other counselors at Hope counseling my experience has been phenomenal and greatly appreciated it's about time that someone is here to show a genuine care for their patients thank you hope counseling
My counselor is Missy she has been absolutely amazing. I would not have survived the last year without her guidance and support. She’s always ready and waiting with a technic or solution to what ever mental breakdown I’m tackling that particular week. The coping skills presented to me have been life changing. What an amazing woman you guys have working for you.
4 stars only because we're at my child's 2nd visit, only. May go up if it continues to be good or get better will update. I like the environment, and so far, the staff is very nice and welcoming. My child is actually looking for to these treatments.
I have been seeing Miss Carolina here and she has been nothing but professional and helpful and empathetic. I’ve had my fair share of therapists and she is by far the best I’ve come across. We work through anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. Thank you so much for this agency! Highly recommend! So much so that I am having my youngest child with ADHD and ODD be seen here as well.
Please avoid the Ann Road location at all costs. I am unsure what the service is like at Rancho. 1st, I had to go into the office to complete intake paperwork which takes 30-45 mins and there is no ability to complete online prior to appointment. While at the office completing intake paperwork, the receptionist worked with me to get my son's 1st session scheduled. I marked the date on the calendar, scheduled the time off work and showed up. I waited nearly 45 minutes in the lobby... with a 3 year old with no one at the front desk. I called the main line for assistance while another counselor told me the therapist my son likely got scheduled with didn't have him on her calendar. I was scheduled for another appointment only for them to call me the following day and say the counselor had a schedule conflict and wouldn't be in office so they had to yet again move my appointment. What a nightmare and very disorganized. Also, I am told they have limited capacity to treat toddler's but advertise they work with toddlers... quite awful service, in my opinion. Update: It has been several months, and my son now goes to the Rancho location and sees Dr. Stephanie. She's excellent with him. I would recommend her services and the Rancho location.
