Don't underestimate this small business! My salesman, Teddy S, was AWESOME! Teddy is knowledgeable, an easy communicator, efficient and detailed. I found a beautiful luxury vehicle priced just right. I came prepared with financing in hand and Teddy and his team, Ryan the closer and Bob finance guy, put the deal together seamlessly. I was just looking, not expecting to buy when I visited Horizon on a Saturday afternoon - but I drove my car home on Monday afternoon and I couldn't be happier. This team is very experienced, professional and accommodating. Several of these guys shared their philosophy as men of faith and expressed sincere appreciation for selecting them to do business with in these uncertain times. Don't let the Russian accent fool you, Ed is just awesome! Super cool and funny guy, even after I came to his dealership late on a Friday night and kept him an hour past closing time doing the paperwork on my purchase. The car seemed too good to be true online, but when I went to look at it, it was amazingly clean, drove great, everything worked, and then he just dropped $600 off the asking price, unprompted. I have no idea how this guy makes any money giving cars away for screaming deals like this, but I would recommend Horizon to absolutely anyone. Especially if you're looking for a good deal from an honest seller. If you want to know how to avoid sketchy used car dealers in Denver, just go see Ed!

Ed, James and Dmitriy are experienced car sellers. They've been in the business for many years, and it shows in how they treat their customers. As a first time car buyer, I was really nervous. They really worked with me to find the best payment plan for my situation. They worked and worked to get me the best rate and price possible. We drove from out of state to purchase a 4Runner. We checked out many online before we got there and decided on Horizon based on the reviews that were posted. The vehicle was in great shape and was fairly priced. Ed was so great to do business with and he and his brother Dmitriy really knows how to run a dealership. I’ve bought many cars and this was the best purchase experience I’ve ever had.

I took a big leap of faith with the car I bought from Horizon. I found it online but I don't live in Colorado so I was buying the car sight-unseen. Lon took great care of me, made the sale easy, arranged transport to my state and communicated with me in a clear and timely manner every step of the way. The car is in excellent shape, I got a great deal and anyone who's considering purchasing from Horizon should absolutely do it. They are awesome!

Let me start by saying I don't write very many reviews at all unless I feel very strongly about a business or product. The buying experience with Horizon Auto Inc was hands down the best I have ever experienced. I had been shopping around for cars for a couple weeks, stopping by several other dealers in the area. They were all positive experiences, but the experience at Horizon was leaps and bounds above all the others. Lon in particular is a great guy. Very easy going, absolutely NO PRESSURE at all. This was my first car purchase through a dealership and let me tell you if I ever buy another one, it will be through Horizon Auto. The car I purchased was incredibly clean, had a ton of features, and looked brand new! Even though it was a 5 year old car, all my friends and family thought I bought a new car. Best part of all, it was priced $2500 below book value. Incredible deal. Lon and the crew at Horizon are very speedy with everything they do. There was a strange issue with the rear door being misaligned on the car which caused the road noise to be louder on the highway. I told them if the could get that fixed I would be interested in buying it. They got it fixed THAT DAY. The next day I came back, I brought the car to a mechanic to do my due diligence. Everything came back perfect, except that the rear brakes needed replacing and a couple headlights were out. This was on a Friday late afternoon, they had everything fixed Monday morning for me! Incredible customer service. Lastly, there was another part I found to be missing with the car rear headrest. I didn't notice until a week after purchasing that it was missing. A factory headrest is $300 for my model of car. I called in and Lon offered to buy a replacement headrest for me if he couldn't track down the original. Talk about customer service! The car was sold as is, so they technically didn't owe me anything but they tracked the headrest down for me. Just incredible service. Also, because I bought through them, I get a discount at the mechanic they partner with on all future repairs! Just wow. Lastly, Lon was incredibly helpful with all the paper work. This being my first time purchasing a car through a dealership, I was a little nervous to make sure that I had all the correct paperwork and that everything was being done correctly. As soon as I sat down with Lon, he immediately put my nerves at ease. He walked me through every little detail, explaining to me everything that I didn't understand. He was there to take my many calls, and never lost his patience with me through the entire process. Their dealership is on the smaller side, but the cars they have on the lot are pristine and they have a wide range of really nice cars. If you are still reading, seriously look no further. These are the guys you want to go with! I talked so highly about this place that my friends and family who are looking into cars keep asking me the name of this place because they want to buy there! So what are you waiting for?

I admit, car shopping is not one of my favorite activities. I abhor the entire negotiations process. I was even more hesitant to visit a small non-corporate used car lot. But Horizon was not like anything I expected. Ed and his team are exceptional. Genuine enthusiasm. An honest appreciation for the buyer. Zero pressure. The desire to create a positive win-win situation. Their vehicles are inspected by a mechanic, but Ed had no issue with taking the Land Rover my husband and I were interested in to the LR dealer for second inspection. The report back from the dealer was outstanding, the SUV was in excellent condition. Purchasing a vehicle can be a guessing game. Even new vehicles can have mechanical / electrical issues, hence the warranties provided. But used cars often are out of warranty, which creates a bit more of a gambling situation when purchasing. We scouted out other Land Rovers at a couple of the LR dealerships and none of them offered any form of included warranty...oh, we could purchase an extended warranty...for several thousand dollars. Horizon was the only one who offered a warranty included with the purchase, meaning no additional monetary outsourcing by the buyer. Horizon offers what the actual dealer doesn’t...peace of mind.

Bought a great Kia from Horizon Auto this week. Price was absolutely fair. Dmitriy and Ed were incredibly helpful to us as we had somewhat of a tricky situation with the title of the car we were trading in. These guys are top notch and will have our business and referrals in the future!

I love the car I bought from Horizon Auto. Both Lon and Dmitriy were very friendly. I never got the feeling that I didn't want to be there. I was comfortable and enjoyed my car buying experience. I recommend giving them a try!
