Horizon Property Management

This is my second time renting with Horizon property management. The first time I rented I was a student and it was in a three bedroom house down-town; we had few issues. When my one year lease was coming to an end I was really frantically searching for an affordable yet high quality apartment. When discussing my current issue with my property agent Beth she was extremely kind, caring and helpful. Thanks to her I now live in a wonderful two bedroom apartment with a great roommate! :)

My daughter rented a unit from HPM. She was very happy with her rental and the service she received from Maggie.

Rented for one year, wasn't satisfied and left after the lease was up. They don't give proper notice about anything, no one gets back to you sooner than later. A few things needed fixing and was never fixed. Their maintenance crew does half ass jobs, not sure who they hire but it's not the most professional people out there. Horrible. Well glad I'm out!

Terrible company to rent from. So many repairs go unfixed. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY Spoke to the owner on the phone about our townhouse and he's useless rude and not the brightest. We rented from them a while back and had nothing but problems and when they finally do send a repair man we would always end up with more problems from what he tried to fix. This company aims for students and senior citizens because they think they have an easier time scamming them. We recorded all phone calls with this company and posted them online (easy search) just to show how bad the owner is. We will never recommend anyone rent through this company and we are just thrilled to no longer be dealing with them ourselves. They lie to try to get your business and promise to clean before you move in but so many broken promises. Beth is a liar so is Maggie. Spread the word about Horizon Property Management in London, ON.
