The staff at this facility is amazing. They take time to answer all your questions and concerns. It's nothing like a hospital setting.
My father and our family received the most compassionate, loving and supportive care while he was in Hospice of West Alabama. I cannot say enough good things about the staff or the organization.
Some of the nurses there are rude, and they are not compassionate to the patients needs when family members are not there. Just because they are RNS OR LPNS that doesn't mean you know everything. This is only the in house nurses. They have a couple of good CNAS and nurses that comes out to the home, and they are great...
This place is beautiful but the staff sucks really bad all they do is wait for you to die and watch everything your visitos do I would not recommend this place for my dog
